Me and a friend visited this place on Saturday to receive a colon hydrotherapy and it wasn't a…read morepleasant experience. 1. Noone greeted us upon entering and we weren't really sure on how to check in for our appointment. 2. The Dr. did not seem to know what she was doing. When booking the appointment, online it said the service would be a hour. Our service lasted only about 15-30 minutes at the most. So we basically paid 93 dollars to have a tube up our butts that did nothing for us. 3. My colonic experience was awful to say the least. Nothing came out during my session. Multiple times I told the dr that water was leaking under my bottom. She proceeded to change the diaper and kept filling me up with water and then the water proceeded to spill from under me a 2nd time. I did not know what was happening and nor did she. I was surprised to see the lack of knowledge she has toward such a service. I went into the bathroom afterwards and could not control the amount if fluids that were coming out of me. It was very uncomfortable. The Dr did not even ask if I was okay. 4. At the end when me and my friend went to pay, the owner, my friend and I paid a deposit towards our appointment online (which it says will count to your service upon your appointment). She still proceeded to charge us a full 75 dollars. I was such in a rush to get home to clean the mess in the restroom that I couldn't ask about the deposit. In total we spent 93 dollars for a 20 minute service that we didn't get anything out of. 5. There was no briefing for the service. I was hoping she would tell us how to prepare before and after such an intense service but there was none.

I searched high and low for someone who offers sugaring in Key West but had no luck. Christine's…read moreservice was the closest, as she does not use strips for waxing. She's VERY pleasant and efficient. I also requested knee to thigh waxing and the hair is very peach fuzzy so she suggested that I not spend money doing that. So, I was able to get the lower legs done for the same price! Not many people are that honest any more! I would recommend her highly. She spa is very welcoming and decorated nicely too. Final note, I did not wear a mask, having had COVID and vaccination. She did as well but asked that when I left the room, if there were any patrons in the waiting area that I wear one in respect of their concerns. I thought that was very considerate. See you next time, Christine.

My experiences here have always been one of the best parts of my vacation while in Key West. If…read moreyou're looking for some relaxing down-time, these people really know how to treat you and what services you need. Because they are a med-spa and not just your regular hair, nails, & massage place- the employees can specifically meet your needs in a more clinical, osteopathic way that involves more training than you would find elsewhere. You will feel the difference. Additionally, and I can't express this enough or extend enough gratitude for it- You will not find another place more accommodating or filled with more caring people who want to help you in more ways than one. I always travel with my small pup and they allow me to bring him and they let him chill with me even during a massage. He lays right on the table with me! I have also made friends here. Brandy & Rachael, I can't thank you enough for your advice, heartfelt empathy, and willingness to really just give me the words I needed to hear, positive affirmations to remember, and the motivation to keep on keeping on. You girls are the best. Seriously. *WHEN* I move to KW, I will be a regular at Divine Med Spa. Thanks for everything. Everyone else, make sure you check out this hidden gem of a place located on Whitehead Street. Sincerely, Katie Lutz, MBA

While staying at the Southernmost Beach Resort I got a 1 hour massage here. The staff was friendly…read moreand very talented. The massage facility is very small, consisting of a lobby and a single room with two tables, for single or couples massages. They seem to have all the amenities a massage therapy facility should have (nice table with heater, sink, towel warmer, etc) and they have an assortment of aromatherapy scents for you to choose from. My massage was really nicely done. Overall, no complaints about the service or the talent here. But the prices are on the high-end.
