It's a very uncomfortable situation to be in -- you're there to relax, not to argue or time the session yourself, or worse, to have to complain about pricing after the fact. At least that's how it feels to me. The place is beautiful and the massages are great. I have to say Kelly was the only one who actually delivered what was promised in full. Paula and the therapist I had today (I forgot her name) both tried to bypass me when it came to the timing. It's frustrating to have to fight for what you've already paid for -- especially when you're tipping 20% on top. So just a heads up: pay attention to your session timing.

They did not biopsy it until 10 months later when I complained it was not healing, but by then it had grown large and deep with ulcerations and needed surgery and immunotherapy. The PA's in this office need re-education and when I called the office and spoke to the office manager about this situation she was uncaring and said they did nothing wrong. I asked for a Follow up call to let me know how they were going to prevent something like this from happening again and the managers said they would not do that. I will be notifying the medical board in hopes that they can order some re-education for the PA's or more supervision by physicians.
