They were competitive on price, and they are a smaller, hungrier company looking to do right by their customers and employees. When they did my install they were training a young man named Carson. 6 years later, Carson came on a service call to see why my AC was down, and found my 20 years later old intake had collapsed on itself after not being able to pull enough air. They were able to quote, get materials, and turn around the service call in a day or two. I'm impressed 6 years later Carson stuck around - that tells you the company is good and working with their teams to keep talent. This is a family business and they treat their employees and customers like family as well. I trust this company, they've done right by me for the past 6 years. They have always shown up, they have always made it right.

Every other company I talked with wanted to do something ridiculously expensive instead of just replacing the smaller ac unit. The service has been exceptional so when we needed a new heating and air conditioning system we called Sutton Brothers immediately. Our system was 20 years old and was at the end of its life. Ian, a Sutton engineer, spent a number of hours reviewing our needs. He was very thorough and professional. He developed a plan for replacing the system and left us with a detailed plan to install a new system. Sutton Brothers' price appeared to be very reasonable and they would be able to install our system within a few weeks. We interviewed another firm, to do our due diligence. They came up three solutions that ranged from 40% to 120% more than Sutton Brothers. We selected Sutton Brothers. Tito and his partner Eduardo installed the ac and heating on our schedule, arrived on time and completed the job within eight hours, and left the property better than when they arrived. My wife works from the house and she said she barely knew they were there. I strongly recommend Sutton Brothers for their service, price and tremendous staff.
