We got an alert Thursday night that our AC had been running more than 4 hours and the temp was increasing. We were scheduled to leave for the weekend the next day. Hawley Air had been recommended to us, so we decided to contact them to see if we could have them out on Friday before we left. I sent a text Thursday night and received a response Friday morning asking to call. I called and left a VM and got a call back shortly. The rep I spoke with was very friendly, got all our details and said dispatch would reach out to schedule. Jacob Gray and Steven Morgan were at our house within an hour. They worked quickly and efficiently, locating the issue on our HVAC, discussing our options, and fixing the problem. After fixing the issue they looked at every part of our system, both heating and AC, to ensure there were no other issues. They found nothing, and they ensured us we had a 30 day warranty on their work and review. I had a subscription set up with the previous company and we still got pushed to the bottom of their list when we had issues. I signed up for Hawley Air's subscription and they assured us that with their plan, we'll be moved to the top of the list if we have issues. I highly recommend Hawley Air if you're in need of a new HVAC company! I'm very impressed with everyone I spoke with and their prices were very reasonable!

Ive been debating on this review for a year. I will relay the facts of my encounter with Webb. So…read moreabout this time last year (Nov 2021) i contacted Webb to service my oil furnace. At the time, they were running a heating/cooling service special for about $225. I purchased it. A young man came out and went into the basement to look at the furnace. I expected a new nozzle, maybe a filter as the furnace I have is, one of the best if not THE best oil furnaces you can buy. He came up with pictures of what I remember him calling the heat transfer chamber. There was so soot (ash) in the picture and he said it needed to be cleaned for the furnace to function properly. He further stated that he could not do it but that Webb had recently purchased a company that specializes in cleaning furnaces for approximately $375. You know how you get an instant feeling sometimes that something isn't right? Well, that feeling hit me like a bolt of lightning. I was polite and took the number of their new company and I immediately called another heating company and had them come out. I wanted a second opinion before I shelled out $375. Turns out the ash was approximately 2 inches deep in a 24-inch deep chamber. He told me IN NO WAY did this need to be cleaned out for the furnace to work properly, much less charging someone $375 to do it. He got a vacuum, sucked out the ash and the whole second opinion cost me $90 with NO CHARGE for ash removal. It pays to follow your instincts. If something doesn't feel right, it probably isn't. I was so upset at this that I deliberately did not schedule the second half of my package deal for Webb to service my heat pump for summer. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Let's just say trust is earned, not blindly given. So I will leave this here for you to make of it what you will. I will NOT be calling Webb for anything.

This should be a very simple thing, but I have been hung up on while on hold and given the run-around every time I call. I was even directed back to the technician that did the job and he said he has no ability to send me a billing statement. At the very least, this company's customer service is poorly trained, incompetent, and not trustworthy. Do yourself a favor and find a different company.

My house is very old, and I believe, flipped before I got it, so there were many missing things that needed to be fixed before they started their job. It's been only two weeks. As of right now, everything was done well and it looks great. There is a one year warranty, but I don't know how will they will honor it because there hasn't been enough time to find out because nothing has had a chance to break. Everything looks and runs great. I'm very happy with the finished job, and the people were nice. I had their plumbers come, and later their electricians. I did have to pay extra for hooking up the electric part to the disposal (the disposal wire did not reach the new disposal, which is now in the center of the sink... the last one was to the left. Because of that the wire was short). They did include the price of that beforehand but it was not to their knowledge this was an issue at the time. They added a plug receptacle under the sink and a plug from the disposal leading to it. In other words, even though there was an extra charge, the kitchen was in much better shape when they left. They even gave me a discount due to the unforeseen problems, which I appreciate. There were unforeseen things that popped up as the job was done due to the house being so old. I'm not sure what some people are complaining about in the other reviews. Most of them didn't even have any work done. As for me, as of right now, I am happy with their job. Of course, it's only been a short time. If something goes wrong in the next year, and they do not abide by their warranty, I will make a re-post. But as of now, I am very happy!

The HVAC techs have been great. Customer service not so much. We canceled our membership and went with a smaller company that cares about their customers. One more thing, the electrical Techs do try and up sale you (a lot) watch out for this.
