We got an alert Thursday night that our AC had been running more than 4 hours and the temp was increasing. We were scheduled to leave for the weekend the next day. Hawley Air had been recommended to us, so we decided to contact them to see if we could have them out on Friday before we left. I sent a text Thursday night and received a response Friday morning asking to call. I called and left a VM and got a call back shortly. The rep I spoke with was very friendly, got all our details and said dispatch would reach out to schedule. Jacob Gray and Steven Morgan were at our house within an hour. They worked quickly and efficiently, locating the issue on our HVAC, discussing our options, and fixing the problem. After fixing the issue they looked at every part of our system, both heating and AC, to ensure there were no other issues. They found nothing, and they ensured us we had a 30 day warranty on their work and review. I had a subscription set up with the previous company and we still got pushed to the bottom of their list when we had issues. I signed up for Hawley Air's subscription and they assured us that with their plan, we'll be moved to the top of the list if we have issues. My career was in the service industry and we NEVER charged for parts shipping, under warranty, but Webb/ Trane does. Your crappy part broke and I pay for shipment to me and return of the broken one. Also a second opinion on repairs might be prudent. My initial problem seemed simple. A bad motor start capacitor. Then the technician needed to make sure the system was working properly. Then the BAD NEWS came. A refrigeration leak! Hmmmm. My neighbor was told he needed work on his HVAC system, by Webb, he called another company, for a second opinion, and they said all was okay. Working fine 6 years later. He's not with Webb anymore. I don't know who to trust anymore these days! The days of the good old trust are gone! As the CIA SAYS "TRUST BUT VERIFIY" I am very lucky to be able to afford this repair but everyone is nibbling away at my retiree fixed income.

This should be a very simple thing, but I have been hung up on while on hold and given the run-around every time I call. At the very least, this company's customer service is poorly trained, incompetent, and not trustworthy. Do yourself a favor and find a different company.

I spoke with the owner and he acknowledged this error but instead of just returning the overcharge, I had to chase him down for over a month until he finally dropped off a check for the overcharge. This caused a lack of trust and I am moving on to another company because of this.

Got a second opinion, turns out someone had simply put the wrong type of freon in the unit. Got it fixed for ~$400 including labor. Long story short, DONT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL SCREW YOU.
