A perfect brunch spot to start mom's birthday. I arrived earlier than my party to reserve a table for seven expecting a longer wait time, though to my amazement there was already one available. The hostess, servers, and every employee for that matter, were very polite, greeting us upon arrival while also thanking us upon leaving. The menu was diverse but focused, specializing in traditional Mexican breakfast like chilaquiles and other American classics like pancakes. My table ordered three orders of chilaquiles and one birria plate, and everyone was thoroughly pleased with their choices. I especially loved where we were seated under the cherry blossom tree, away from the rest of the dining area in the center of the room. I'd recommend this spot to anyone looking for a new brunch spot, for its friendly employees and the delicious food made it an enjoyable experience.

This was my first time at Pradera Brunch. The location caught me off guard, it's a really nice spot but not in the nicest area. Right outside were people who seemed to be in an altered state. Once we were inside, the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The menu has a lot of range so there's something for everyone. You can choose from Mexican breakfast, American breakfast, burgers, tacos etc... They also have a ton of drink options like juice, frappe, matcha, coffee. Drinks: I started with the green juice that was freshly squeezed and perfectly balanced. My friend got a matcha latte at half sweetness level, and it was still wayyy too sweet. What we ordered: My friend ordered the chilaquiles and added asada. They only offer red or green sauce and we went with green which was bright and delicious. I really like that you can add different proteins to basically any dish on the menu. I got the Tabla Campestre, which came with flat iron steak, chorizo, chile relleno, guac, roasted peppers, beans, and salsa. Portions were generous, but the steak came out well done. I realized they never asked how we wanted it prepared, but I should've said something, lesson learned for next time. Overall, the service, ambiance, and food were all good. But in my opinion, Girasol in Monrovia still has the best Mexican brunch!

Great brunch place with friends. Clean spacious restaurant, good for groups and friendly staff. They don't take reservations so be prepared to wait. First time having Horchata Iced Matcha and it was really good. It wasn't very sweet and had great matcha flavor. I liked my Ahi Tuna Tostada. I wasn't sure what to expect but gave it try since I like ahi tuna. It was actually yummy. The tuna was packed with flavor and it was more of a tartare. The red chili sauce was good, it wasn't spicy at all. It was more sweet than anything else. If you're looking for a good brunch place, then give this place a try.

Came here around noon on a Sunday and there was about a 30-35 minute wait, but it was absolutely worth it! We started with the chicharrón and guacamole, and it ended up being my favorite part of the meal. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful--I could've kept eating it all day. For drinks, we ordered the matcha and a frappé, and they were almost too cute to drink! I love aesthetically made drinks, and these definitely delivered both in presentation and taste. I was craving chilaquiles, so I ordered the birria chilaquiles. They were delicious, and the portion was huge! It came with so much birria that I still had leftovers to take home. Personally, I prefer the red sauce over the green, but that's just my preference. Overall, the food, drinks, and atmosphere made the wait completely worth it. I definitely want to come back and try more of the menu!

This is a great place for breakfast. The smoked brisket Benedict was surprisingly juicy and tender, a bit reminiscent of some DFW smoke houses. We ordered a side of pork belly, which was melt to your mouth amazing, and the Horchata had a really cold twist because it was infused with chopped peanuts. This was solid and I would definitely come back.

Atmosphere is nice. This place used to called Vaca Brunch when I last came. Anyways, it's upgraded some to a more brunch type vibe. Service is 6/10. We just got off a 4-day cruise so we're not dressed up. I felt like that's maybe why.. but regardless. The $49 steak was a flop. Lots of fat and the steak is very low quality especially for the hefty price. 5.5/10 Drinks (banana and marzapan) were 10/10. Delicious. Marzapan French toast 4/10. The French toast was dry inside and still somehow very soggy. Bean and cheese appritizer 7/10. The cheeses were cold and some of it looked old.

Pradera exceeded our expectations! The chilaquiles and birria taquitos are absolute must-orders, and the kids loved the licuados in a bag. Maria took amazing care of us and made our first visit seamless. Outstanding service and delicious food for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. 10/10 recommend!

Delicious food, warm atmosphere, very friendly staff. Our only note was the lack of salt on eggs & potatoes, and no hot sauce in the restaurant.

The food was delicious and there is a verity to choose from. The service was great our server was very attentive and food came out pretty fast (we did go at 2pm). The atmosphere was very clean and we were celebrating a birthday so they brought out a sweet treat We wanted to do mimosas but the champagne bottle was $70.. which seemed pretty ridiculous so we each got a glass of mimosa for $10 which still seemed over priced but we were out celebrating so we can't complain too much. I would definitely recommend :)

I think my dad had the lengua and it came with fresh handmade tortillas. He's a bit picky but he devoured it.

Brunching with my dad and the pup so we took the outside seating which is very nice. Inside ambience and decor is slightly modern yet cozy. I liked their dinnerware. Great food presentation. The green chilaquiles were just how I like them, crunchy, mild, and hot. Our waitress was very pleasant although she forgot a few items, she corrected the issue with no hassle. Will definitely return! Plenty of parking although it can get busy. I hear it is especially busy on the weekends and waiting time can exceed an hour. We visited during the week and did not have to wait at all.

Daisy the absolute best service! I've been here twice, and both times the food, drinks and service did not disappoint! Portions are great. Dishes are flavorful. Drinks in a bag is a must! It's in a convenient shopping center, with plenty of parking. Both indoor and outdoor seating. The music they were playing in the morning set the tone for our day. Great playlist! This has become our go to breakfast place.

Pradera is officially one of our new favorite brunch spots! We loved everything we ordered: the chilaquiles, breakfast skillet, chicken enchiladas, and the chicken curry sandwich. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The vibes were on point, love the tables, decor and how they serve all their yummy drinks! You can tell that they pay special attention to all the small details that overall make a phenomenal great experience! A special shoutout to our waitress, Maria, who made the experience even better. She was friendly, attentive, and gave excellent recommendations that did not disappoint. Highly recommend Pradera for a delicious brunch and be sure to ask for Maria if you can. We'll definitely be back!

The servers were friendly, but the service was lacking. Our food took quite a while to arrive, and they completely forgot my son's meal. Since it was just a simple bean and cheese burrito, it was frustrating that it was overlooked. Having a child at the table without food while everyone else was eating completely changed the mood of our dinner. The food itself wasn't authentic Mexican cuisine. It felt more like Americanized Mexican fusion, and overall it was just mediocre. Considering the higher prices, I expected much better quality and flavor. To top it off, an automatic 18% gratuity was added to the bill, which didn't feel justified given the level of service we received. Overall, I won't be returning. If you're looking for a quiet, family-friendly restaurant with attentive service and authentic Mexican food, this wouldn't be my recommendation.

You can park in the additional parking spots all around Shopper Ln. I have been a customer for many years and tried many delicious dishes. They serve a traditional Mexican open buffet at certain times. The waiting line is expected, but don't feel discouraged because it moves fast. The decor is vibrant enriched with colorful murals. The staff are very welcoming and genuinely warm. The restaurant has cozy and inviting ambience. Outdoor and indoor seating are available. I placed an online order for pickup. It was fast and convenient since I had friends coming for dinner. I ordered the following: - Burrito Panchon 5/5 Stuffed with carnita, beans and rice, served with cream, beans and guacamole. Huge portion! You can choose your protein. - Fajitas Cielo Mar Y Tierra 5/5 Marinated beef, shrimp, chicken. It served with sauteed bell peppers tomatoes and onions, rice, guacamole, beans and pico de gallo. It was smoky, savory and flavorful. - Vegetarian Enchiladas 5/5 Corn tortillas stuffed with bell pepper, corn, onion, carrot, cilantro, squash, and topped with a combination of cream and jack cheese. I recently visited Fonda Don Chon Mexican Buffet and unfortunately left feeling very disappointed,…read moreespecially regarding their policy for young children. The service was just okay, but what really bothered me was being charged $17 for my daughter, who is only 2 years old. She barely ate anything, just about two pieces of watermelon and a small bite of concha bread. For that amount of food, I found the $17 charge completely unreasonable. When I questioned the charge, the waiter explained that because the food was put on her plate rather than being fed to her directly by us, they considered her to have eaten from the buffet and charged the full $17. He also mentioned that management is watching the cameras to determine whether children are eating from the buffet. Honestly, I find this policy excessive. I understand that buffets need rules to prevent people from sharing food or taking advantage of the system, but charging $17 for a 2 year old who ate practically nothing seems unreasonable. There should be some sort of reduced price or reasonable policy for toddlers, especially when they consume such a small amount of food. The food may be worth trying, but because of this experience and the way the situation was handled, I would think twice before returning. A $17 charge for what my 2-year-old actually ate felt ridiculous and left a very negative impression

We were seated promptly by the hostess and our server came quickly to get our drinks. He was nice and checked in on us often and took plates away. The only thing I wouldn't order again is probably the mango michelada. My boyfriend and I love michis! But hmmm the mango tasted like mango which is accurate but for some reason it just didn't really work well with the taste of a michelada. I would just order a regular one next time! Just because we didnt like it, doesn't mean you wont or shouldn't try! Anyways, the food was fresh and good! I just kept eating the fresh tortillas haha they were absolutely delicious. Ummm their caldo de res ?! Amazing. Got like four servings haha couldn't help myself. I personally just love a shit ton of cilantro and onions on my plate so it was really nice they had a salsa bar next to the soups. My boyfriend liked the breakfast bar they had as well which I think stops at a certain time! They had a lot of different things and I loved that! The only thing that was sort of awkward but funny was this girl randomly came up out of nowhere while we were eating and asked us to get closer so she could take a photo for us. We were kind of like huh? Haha because we were in the middle of eating so I wasn't really wanting to take a photo at that time. But we just went with it and smiled and then she took a couple more and then she said ok I'll be right back. And then maybe like 10 min later she comes back with one smaller photo with the border being Guadalajara's grill like location and times and stuff and us in the middle HAHA and then says that's for us and it's free and then takes out two more bigger ones of us that are just in like a felt frame, which was nice but said these cost like can't remember how much it was. But it was enough for me to say no hahaha and also I think we were both just caught off guard and when we said no thank you, she sort of looked up at someone (almost like signaling them that we said no) and gave a smirk and walked away HAHAH it was so awkward and weird but when I opened my purse later and found it I started laughing bc it just created a funny moment and memory. Anyways this place is good, seems hit or miss but definitely should be tried at least once! Very fresh and good, service is fast and attentive!
