Incredible food, amazing service and staff! Best pizza and chicken parm I've ever had.

Pizza was ok. I had the chicken parm which was served with a lot of chicken but the sauce was only fair. The prices are a bit high for the ambiance and food quality. It's clean and fast service. read more

They actually have some really good items on their menu.. potato skins and their pizzas are really good. Their fries are boring and plain. Yes, I agree they are pricey! But.. if you're looking for good pizza they do a really good job. Fried pickles are fun too! They have new owners as of less than a year ago I think and are trying to push it away from a pizza place and be more of a restaurant which reflects in their prices and upsets more people because you expect higher quality and better for the price. So if they lowered their prices to reflect their true food quality people would be much happier and less likely to complain. I just wanted to post my opinion on the Plaistow pizza company . I went there a few weeks ago with my family . We picked this restaurant because of the good reviews . The food was very good, and so was the waitress even tho she was alone and running around. The food was very good . We spent over $200, with a great tip . I work in a restaurant also, so what I thot was pretty tacky was being charged 1.25 for xtra dressing which there was not enough in the first place . Also , need an xtra ranch . Don't get me wrong , it's not the $2.50 . It's the fact that a waitress should tell u there is an up charge . Not to mention , they were the size of a small duck sauce in a little plastic container. I thought this made the restaurant seem tacky for nickel and dimeing for something unneeded with your meal. It left a bad taste in my mouth . Don't know if I will dine there anytime soon . read more

Have gotten orders delivered quite a few times. Always pleased with service and food until today. Ordered two chicken BLT sandwiches. Plenty of bacon, but not crispy. Chicken was tasteless and threw away. Appeared to be frozen chicken patties. Very disappointed! read more

The eggplant pizza is really good. We have only carried out and gotten pizza, but nice inside.

So we have actually been here a couple of times already. The pizza is excellent. The service is above average although sometimes, just sometimes, it takes a little long to get their attention. I've worked right up the street for years and eaten at PPC because of the convenience given the fact my company orders for large groups at a time very often. THOSE DAYS ARE DONE!! This place is worth checking out! Recently under new ownership, the restaurant has been updated with a warm inviting atmosphere, and although they have kept most of the same menu items, there have been additions and tweaks to some items that make it all the more amazing. I absolutely love their pizzas - try the Mediterranean or Greek - and their Italian sub is one of the best I have had! I can't wait to go back. Great food but the WORST delivery ever. We're 5 for 5 on waiting over an hour. Such a shame that I will be ordering from another restaurant because of it. It always arrives cold and soggy. We decided to give it a shot one night and it was a huge mistake. Our mushroom and green pepper pizza was soggy and flavorless. The mushrooms were from a can which I always think is terribly lazy. The fries were bland and soggy. My wife's chicken finger sub was a mess and also very soggy. Needless to say I won't be returning and I'm very surprised by how many positive reviews there are for this restaurant. read more

I ordered a small veggie pizza with additions of pepperoni and hamburger with a side of zucchini fries. The meal was delivered by a very nice young man that smelled like an ash can. The pizza was greasy and what little cheese there was was burnt like the crust. The zucchini fries were greasy and mostly burnt as well. I threw it all out. I do NOT recommend at all!! read more

Been here a few times and it was okay, however the last time we went for a pizza will absolutely be our last. Before receiving our food we had to deal with ants climbing on the walls and table. When we mentioned it to our server she informed the owner/manager (?) who brought an exterminator receipt. Didn't need to see that, wasn't asking for anything but he immediately when on the defense. This place used to be Primo Pasta, which sucked. So I decided after the new place opened I'd give it a shot. I am not sure if there is new ownership, or if they just decided to go into a different direction with the restaurant and make it into more of a pizza joint. Anyways, I went on a couple of occasions now, and I have only tried the steak tips, so I really can't give the most accurate review myself, although I have input from my friends and fiance on what they had gotten. The steak tip salad is HUGE, but it falls a little short for me since they are super skimp on the tips..... When I went the second time, I actually ordered a small side salad along with the small steak tip sub, and ate just the "inside," the tips of course, it was slightly lesser in price and way more meat. My fiance got the large steak tip sub, which I debated on getting, and I asked about the size difference between the two, the server said there wasn't much difference (except price) so I got the small. Ummmmm yeah, so they arrived and they were the SAME size, no lie. I mean ok, but the price difference for the same amount of food = ridiculousness. So you can pay about 13-14 bucks for a steak tip salad with skimp steak, or pay 7.95 for the small steak tip sub and get a side house salad for 2.95, and you will still get a good sized salad, except you get WAY MORE MEAT. So what do you choose? Effing tards. Soooo moving along, I got pizza to go from there to bring to my man's jobsite, everyone liked the pizza, no complaints there. My friend got the "kids" chicken finger basket for around 4 bucks since she was a little cash poor....and received a gargantuan of chicken and fries.... Kid shit my ass. She has also had the chicken tender salad and loved it. So overall decent once you get the jist of the place and know what to order. I must say the steak was good and cooked properly, so that's a plus. read more

Huge size salad, steak tips cooked a perfect medium as I ordered them. Chicken kabobs calzone was deeeelish!! Service was great and quick and the bar selection pretty standard...I mean after all it is not a nightclub, but an awesome place to take your entire family for a nice dinner & good time. Not from the area but we needed a place to accommodate a group of 15 of us on a Friday night on short notice and someone recommended this place. I was highly impressed! The food was all sub shop prices at a sit down restaurant. I thought everything but the seafood was extremely reasonable! Small pizzas were small enough to try for an individual as was the calzone, but portions on salads and appetizers were huge! Everything was great. Server was great and on the ball. Got everyone's order correct and on separate checks with a smile! Loved the different pizzas on the menu. If I'm in the area again, I'll certainly be back! read more

I am a regular customer, the food is marginal for the price. I have had their chicken cesar wrap with chicken that has been stale and dried out as if the chicken had been waiting for my order a week in advance (this has happened a few times). I enjoy their burgers and pizza as well as their pasta dishes. I have always had reasonable customer service with no complaints. If their prices went down or their quality matched the prices and consistency I would give more stars. read more

Seafood diavlo I had was to die for. My wife's veal parmesan she had was also awesome. Neither of us could finish our meals so the portions were very generous and the price very reasonable. I live locally and decided to finally give this place a try, ordered two large pizzas (steak bomb and chicken) and was shocked by the price. It was over $40 even though the online menu said $13 per pizza. I was starving so I didn't complain and hoped it would be amazing because of the price. Very disappointed! Minimal toppings and mostly crust with little flavor. Maybe they have some other amazing dishes but I'm so beyond disappointed I don't think I'll ever convince myself to go back and find out. read more
