At a later time he said 200. Either way we were happy with him at this point. He ordered a biopsy which showed cancer and put him on shots and medicine. He also ordered a bone scan. This is where things got frustrating. The bone scan showed "two spots," and Dr. Brown ignored this and did not treat the cancer with advanced treatment. After finding blood in my husbands urine we went to the hospital and Dr. Brown said "don't worry about it." At this point we went to another doctor who continued to treat my husband until his PSA started to rise again. He then referred my husbands to an oncologist who took another bone scan and CT scan which showed the cancer had spread to 8 bones and said it should have been treated earlier. I believe Dr. Brown should have been more progressive and ordered more scans after 6 months. Our doctor also sent us to "pick up" his records and Dr. Brown said he would only fax them. I got upset and he called the police. It was the doctor's idea to hand deliver them not mine. But they did not care. They just did not want to be confronted with their mistakes.

Keep in mind They approached me with those prices in order to attempt to earn my business, not the other way around! Their prices were not even competitive, turn around times were VERY slow, Attention to detail was poor which resulted in them fixing mistakes causing even more delays on the results to be delivered, and on top of it all their response time is poor and met with rudeness and insults. There are plenty of places to take your money elsewhere as they clearly stated which will be met with less (if any) resistance and will provide a better level of service that you are looking for (Pace Analytical, FGL Laboratory, BSK Analytical just to name a few)

They were a closer laboratory so to support local laboratories we decided to use them. Shortly after, we received an email advising us they had raised their prices. We continued to use them to support local business. The customer service was never great and quickly became worse. Their turn around times on results are at their leisure. They then implemented a new COD requirement without warning and when questioned advised us that other clients send "a considerable amount of samples and pay in advance" while "you send us very few samples." Obviously, if other customers are sending a "considerable amount of samples" and paying in advance their other customers have had similar experiences. To reiterate Mason H's review, there are better radiological laboratories out there. To expand on his list, BC Labs and Weck labs are more professional, have better turn around times and prices as low or lower than Davi Labs.

Melissa explained to me what will be done and the final report will be ready in just 2 days. The other facility use the ultrasound gel is icy cold, but Melissa use the preheat gel just right temperature to make me feel she consider all her patients are deserving the very best treatment. This is one of those places where you have to go in in order to see all the before/after pictures, as they are not all posted on their website. This is a doctor who has done THOUSANDS of these procedures and you get to see a glimpse of them with these before/after pictures! It was through a colleague that had her nose done by him that I decided to head in for a consultation! Immediately, I knew what a professional, experienced, and meticulous surgeon he was. I felt no rush, as we went through the pictures one by one. Some nose jobs required an incision in order to fix the tip, some nose jobs did not and just needed the bone shaved down. This all depended on what I personally wanted, for which he gave his opinion and advice. I decided to go with wanting my tip to be smaller as well, in addition to my bone being shaved down. I truly believe that your nose is the capital of your face! It changes EVERYTHING. It was pretty crazy to see the difference that small change to your nose can make--I'm so happy I made this decision. Gigi took great care of me as well, she is HILARIOUS. Dr Erica Leigh seemed very attentive and caring to our newborn daughter, however, after being prescribed a very important medication, the pharmacy never received the prescription. The Dr's office has been contacted repeatedly, even directly from the pharmacy, and the staff is incapable of resolving this problem and are unwilling to allow us to speak with the Dr. This is gross negligence, very unprofessional and extremely rude. I don't know what else to do besides contact and file complaints with the California Association for Medical Doctors, my health insurance provider, and find another Dr for our baby. (FURIOUS) I've been to the office about 6 times and 5 times had a crazy wait. Today IS THE LAST TIME! Learn how to treat your patients. Learn how to, at the very least, APOLOGIZE for making sick kids and newborns wait over an hr!!!! I don't know why I expected anything better from a Richmond office. I will be going to Berkeley from now on.
