This is for both Dr. Escalada and Dr. Cadang. They just have very BAD business practices…read more For example, they require you to make an appointment to give you test results when at kaiser they literally post it for you to see online within a few days. Withholding test results is AGAINST THE LAW. They require an appointment for EVERYTHING! Test results? Signature for a form? You need an appointment. And every appointment means more money in their pockets. My dad was a patient for almost 20 years and needed to switch doctors because he now lives in Vallejo in a memory care facility. When my mom asked for a refill- mind you this was when he was STILL a patient and had not switched care- he made a comment asking my mom WHY SHOULD I REFILL IT if he's leaving my practice? He was trying to make my mom feel bad for asking for a refill because he felt that it was UNFAIR for him to lose a patient. Well, isn't it UNFAIR to my dad to get dementia and need to live at a facility? Like who do you think you are???? When I was 20 Dr. Escalada gave me an unsolicited lecture about boys and to be careful because they only want "one thing". Thank you for your concern, but I hardly think it's appropriate for a doctor to lecture about that- there was nothing medical about it at all. What does my personal life have to do with you? There's never an appointment same day so if you're sick today you probably be better by the time you go to your appointment. They are pharm-rep DRUG PUSHERS and always want you to take the expensive medication. I honestly feel like they are RIPPING OFF the Filipino community because all I see in there are older Filipino people who just listen to what they say and never question anything. Yes they speak Tagalog but it doesn't mean they are the best doctors to go to. It's not like there are no other Tagalog speaking doctors around. My advice is to keep looking for another doctor and don't even consider this place!

Dr. Escalada told me to get dressed and she will see me after to discuss lab work and new prescriptions. I waited at least 30 minutes and still no sign of her, so I left the exam room and asked a staff member how much longer I had to wait. The staff member came in a few minutes later and just handed me the paper work. Grrrrr.....wasted my time again!!! My appointment was at 10:15. I was there till past 12pm. Also, she's been my primary care physician since mid-2000 yet on my last visit she asks me whether I'm married and if I have kids...dafuq!?!

I was referred to Dr. Homa by my primary care physician, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate…read moreto be under his care. I suffer from what's often considered the most painful skin condition (you can google it), along with a few other chronic skin issues. Over the years, I've seen dozens of dermatologists, but Dr. Homa is the only one who has truly made a positive difference, not just in my treatment, but in my overall well-being. He is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely affable. He stays current with the latest research and treatment options, discussing newly approved medications with me, including their pros, cons, and side effects--then letting me decide how I'd like to proceed. I always feel comfortable asking questions and never feel rushed during appointments. Dr. Homa has also identified issues that my previous dermatologist overlooked, even performing minor surgical procedures to address them. Living with a painful, inflammatory skin disease means dealing with constant discomfort but thanks to Dr. Homa, I'm finally able to live comfortably again. I also want to recognize his amazing medical assistants like Jen, and the front office staff, Christina. They are consistently friendly, efficient, and professional. I'm always seen on time and scheduled for my next appointment before I leave. I appreciate the text reminders, and when an insurance issue came up, they were already working behind the scenes to resolve it before I even had to follow up. Any prescriptions I need are already in process at my pharmacy within a few minutes after my appointment. I'll admit I've always been somewhat jaded and cynical toward doctors, often finding them aloof, transactional, or in the pocket of a pharmaceutical company. But Dr. Homa has completely changed my perspective; he's proof that some doctors truly care about their patients and are deeply committed to their service to others.

My insurance changed and I was looking for a new place to take my toddler. My sister in law told me…read moreabout this place and I decided to give them a shot. I scheduled a new patient appointment and over the phone everything seemed fine. The day of the appointment I arrived on time, after filling out the paper work it took them maybe 10 mins to bring me back which wasn't bad. However I noticed that the place seemed very messy. Not clean and very disorganized. The medical assistant brought us back and pinched my daughter's finger for the iron check, got her weight and height, and then sat us in a room. 35 minutes later another assistant comes in to tell me the doctor was not even in the office! She tells me that he is on his way and that he had to release a newborn from the hospital and that he forgot to tell them. I had two main concerns at this point: 1) How did THE doctor forget to tell his staff knowing he has appointments?! 2) Why is the office they are they running so messy and unclean? This assistant offered me to keep waiting another 20-30 minutes, and I declined. I would never come back. Such a bad experience in this place. Please do your research and find another office with nicer and cleaner staff too. Other offices do a better job at giving updates as well!

Could you believe the doctor suggested me to buy OFF sprays instead of having vaccines! No wayyyyyy.... !!!!! I am going to transfer my daughter where else for a better care quality. This clinic doesn't have enough knowledge to care for your child. No, no, no and no! Goodbye

I am not clear why the same business has two Yelp profiles so I'm posting again: A family member of…read moremine was diagnosed with cancer, and while researching treatment options, I came across Infuze MD. After a brief call with an employee named Paolo, who spoke positively about the clinic, I shared the information with my relative. In hindsight, I realize that in my desperation, I may have overlooked warning signs. At the time, I did not realize Paolo is not a medical professional, even though he was the first person discussing treatment options. The clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Nilda Agnes Abellera, who is board-certified in PEDIATRICS but whose clinic advertises integrative medicine. My relative traveled from out of state to begin what was described as an "intensive" 20-day cancer program. According to her account, the first three days did not feel intensive. She reported that infusion rates appeared slowed, staff could not explain the scientific basis for some treatments, and the doctor missed a planned medication review. She also observed what she believed was dried blood on a chair and described an IV bag fully draining while the needle was in place, which worried her. On October 9, 2025, she said her care was terminated immediately after raising concerns, without timely written notice, referrals, or arrangements to ensure access to medical care until she could establish care elsewhere. Referrals were only provided after I contacted the clinic. This abrupt termination caused a delay of over a month in her treatment and worsened her PTSD symptoms. She also tried to obtain her medical records multiple ways. On October 10, she requested them in person but was denied. She also submitted a written request and used the clinic's online inquiry form. As of this writing--52 days later--she has not received her complete records. When I called the clinic, Paolo was tense and dismissive, and I could not speak directly with Dr. Abellera. Given the situation, I became concerned about whether proper procedures were followed and intended to file a complaint with the Medical Board of California. Additional observations and concerns (personal experience): Family-run structure: The clinic is owned by Dr. Abellera. Paolo appears to manage many aspects, and another family member may also work there. This raised questions about oversight and role clarity. Online reviews: Of 32 Google reviews, 5 were five-star without details. Only one mentioned "cancer," making it hard to evaluate patient experiences compared with other clinics with hundreds of detailed reviews. Difficulty communicating with the physician: My relative and I tried to speak directly with Dr. Abellera; she did not speak with me, and my relative felt the doctor was unwilling to address her concerns. This lack of communication was alarming given her serious diagnosis. Cost vs. expectations: The program cost approximately $1,800 per day. Based on my relative's experience, the services did not match the program description. Others may feel differently, but this was our impression. Social media promotion: Paolo participates in Facebook groups promoting the clinic without identifying himself as an employee, which seemed misleading. I have included a screenshot for reference. In more than a decade in healthcare, I have never witnessed a more concerning divergence from a physician's duty to do no harm: terminating care without notice, effectively leaving my relative without immediate, comparable care options while facing life-threatening cancer.
