We've been in to see pretty much all the Pediatricians during my kid's 17 year life span and like them all. Through every circumstance: birth, after-hours call, routine check up's and the occasional "gotta get in now" appointment, Bayside Pediatrics is able to handle everything with a "can-do" attitude. In my experience, the pediatricians have been thoughtful and pretty good with their diagnosis' and have that "special touch" with making my child feel at home and comfortable during my child's visits, through every stage of life - even when shots and other uncomfortable procedures are involved. The front desk has always been helpful, even in stressful times and I have noticed gone out of their way to get things done in a friendly, efficient manner - from getting me that last minute immunization certificate for the first day of school on short notice, to writing notes to the school, I'm pretty satisfied they always try their best. As far as the back office - they also do their job - helping me through the "co-payment" jungle, resubmitting insurance claims promptly if they don't get paid the first time and their availability (as well as phone manner) has just been fine. They even accept online payments through their website! I love this feature! Overall I can't complain about Bayside Pediatrics and most of all, my kid has NEVER complained about them and in fact has come to trust them. Through Bayside Pediatrics, my kid has learned a bit about how to navigate the medical community - not an easy task for anybody. The best proof of all, I believe is a healthy, (relatively) happy 17-year old with a great attitude and interest in their overall health and well-being thanks in part to Dr. Zwerdling and Bayside Pediatrics (oh, and of course, family :) ).

Dr Erica Leigh seemed very attentive and caring to our newborn daughter, however, after being prescribed a very important medication, the pharmacy never received the prescription. The Dr's office has been contacted repeatedly, even directly from the pharmacy, and the staff is incapable of resolving this problem and are unwilling to allow us to speak with the Dr. This is gross negligence, very unprofessional and extremely rude. I don't know what else to do besides contact and file complaints with the California Association for Medical Doctors, my health insurance provider, and find another Dr for our baby. I cannot recommend this medical group based on my brief experience. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

(FURIOUS) I've been to the office about 6 times and 5 times had a crazy wait. Today IS THE LAST TIME! Learn how to treat your patients. I scheduled a new patient appointment and over the phone everything seemed fine. The day of the appointment I arrived on time, after filling out the paper work it took them maybe 10 mins to bring me back which wasn't bad. However I noticed that the place seemed very messy. Not clean and very disorganized. The medical assistant brought us back and pinched my daughter's finger for the iron check, got her weight and height, and then sat us in a room. 35 minutes later another assistant comes in to tell me the doctor was not even in the office! She tells me that he is on his way and that he had to release a newborn from the hospital and that he forgot to tell them. I had two main concerns at this point: 1) How did THE doctor forget to tell his staff knowing he has appointments?! 2) Why is the office they are they running so messy and unclean? This assistant offered me to keep waiting another 20-30 minutes, and I declined. I would never come back. Such a bad experience in this place. Please do your research and find another office with nicer and cleaner staff too. Other offices do a better job at giving updates as well!

She said it would take 3 days and I gave her a week and still it wasn't ready. She found out that my eldest son had wax build up and pulled out from both ears some disgusting ear wax the size of a small puzzle piece. She stated it was from years of wax build up because we were using qtips. And we should just wash out his ears from now on. Years? Really? Dr. Enz said everything was fine when he check his ears. I brought up my concern that my son right ear was bothering him and he checked and said everything was ok. But obviously not. PARENTS BEWARE!!!

His staff were very professional and helpful. Dr. Lee is excellent in his work and has excellent rapport with his patients. The Canyon Pinole surgery center experience was wonderful as well.
