She explained what she was assessing, asked relevant questions to understand potential causes, and provided only relevant adjustments and treatments. She explained what may be the root cause of my issues and gave relevant stretches and exercises for me to do for long term benefits. Prior to the 2 sessions, my shoulders, hips, and low back were so tight and it was causing me to get numbness, the inability to stretch out when I slept, and I felt so heavy due to the stiffness in my body. My issues were likely due to previous exercise and running injuries that I left untreated. I was shocked at how much better I felt after 2 sessions with her. It was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Following the relief from her sessions, I've continued with additional mobility exercises at home to maintain the benefits. I highly recommend visiting her if you're experiencing any pain, discomfort, or abnormal mobility issues.

Not only…read moredid he relieve pressure and bring relief to my achey body, but he was minimally invasive meaning he did not do more than what was necessary. I've been to other chiropractors who get "crack" happy and just go overboard with adjustments. Not Dr. Josh, he was even mindful of avoiding certain approaches to ensure he did not induce labor. Fast forward to roughly four months postpartum... I brought my daughter here (yes she's just shy of four months) and I was completely comfortable with Dr. Josh treating her because he recommended I bring her after I give birth. He made me realize how traumatizing the birth process can be for baby. Since I have had such positive experiences from Dr. Josh's adjustments, I knew my daughter would be just as satisfied. It was a sweet moment how Dr. Josh let me be involved with my daughters adjustment by having me lie on my back and she laid on her tummy then we had her lie on her back. She felt relief and was relaxed and calm the rest of the day. Dr. Josh even offered foresight about future treatments through him should she experience colic, indigestion, or even ear infections. I'm grateful to have found him through a recommendation of one of my uncles who is also seeing him. The online appointment scheduling is beyond helpful and you can even schedule multiple appointments at once. He goes above and beyond with his craft.
