The first visit was 25 minutes. My body got worked! The neck work was very helpful. Please note that it's not a one and done and what ails you is fixed. There are packages available and I chose the 10 x 50 minute/session package. Kiyani is incredible. She works with men and women and knows when to push or pull back and has great communication with you and she's bending you into a pretzel. My HSA is accepted so that's good. Super clean facilities and when I finished my 50 minutes today I felt amazing. Can't wait until my next session. Call me Gumby.

My teens had their introductory stretches scheduled today, and I would not recommend this place…read more Here's why: 1. It was incredibly difficult to get an appointment at this place in the first place. They seem to think their clientele is available during the day, and they don't have much capacity on nights and weekends. Nonetheless, I was assured this wouldn't be the case going forward as it was "temporary" when I booked my trial stretches. (Well, it's not, and it's apparently been an ongoing problem for a while. See my later point in the review.) 2. No reminder texts or emails were sent ahead of the appointment despite giving contact info and being told they would be sent. This is pretty standard practice for businesses these days, but they don't seem to do it even though they say they do. This isn't a major dealbreaker, of course, but it's symptomatic of a poorly run location. 3. I went to double check our two appointments with the original confirmations (since no reminder texts were sent), but they had listed only one of the two appointments (the later one only) on it. So, apparently that process doesn't work correctly either. 3. I called hours ahead of time to verify the appointment times, but no one answered at the business despite it being their listed business hours. I called three times and left one message. I finally got a call back when the first appointment was five minutes from being over, which didn't help at all. (I'm not sure why they didn't call or check messages as soon as no one arrived for the appointment.) 4. The "manager" -- an extremely young and inexperienced 20-something admitted she had not opened the location on time (she was HOURS late), which is why no one answered or returned calls for our appointment. This isn't terribly professional or business-like at all when hours of business are posted, but to be closed in reality. (This was not a planned or posted closure.) 5. I expressed to the "manager" that I was upset that no one had returned my call until the appointment was basically over because we could have made it if anyone had. I wasn't profane or overly rude, just upset, and I asked when I could call to speak to the owner or a supervisor at a later time about what had happened. She blew that off (refusing to give any info) and rudely informed me that I "shouldn't come" to my second appointment that day because I was unhappy with her and it could be "uncomfortable" for her. 6. The "manager" offered nothing to make the situation better and just wanted to avoid the whole thing by blowing me off. She didn't seem to want her boss to know she had not opened on time or that this was badly mishandled. She finally did offer a free credit, but only AFTER I suggested she should do so because she had dropped the ball, and we had been inconvenienced because of it. 7. I agreed to reschedule for another date with the free credits. But when I tried to schedule a time that wasn't in the middle of the day, I was told I couldn't get in for another two weeks. I mentioned to her how I had expressed concern initially about appointment availability when initially scheduling the appointments, and she admitted that they really didn't have what was needed (despite being misled about this being "temporary" when I first contacted them). She said they only have two employees to service ALL of their members and anyone who is new. In other words, they can't possibly provide weekly stretches to everyone who signs up. (Interestingly, this comment was made elsewhere in these reviews.) Bottom line: They seemingly can't provide what they promise if you join. Stretches, by their nature, are generally needed more than 1-2 x's a month, and sometimes it can't wait weeks to take place. Good luck getting in, though. Also, the location is run by a young, inexperienced young woman who doesn't seem to be able to handle her responsibilities to open on time, return messages in a timely manner, or handle problems professionally. She also doesn't seem to be able to manage staffing very well or to hire sufficient providers either. This location seems to need more owner oversight and TLC based on my experience and the experience of other reviewers. I hope the owners will see this review and put more energy into making this place run smoothly and effectively. Wouldn't recommend.

Living with chronic back & neck pain since my teens I stumbled across this company on Social Media…read morethat showed an advertisement of a person's neck in a position that allows maximum stretching and proper curvature. A few days later saw a different picture with a person on a table which appeared to stretch the back. Made a phone call, and found that they accepted my insurance. But wanted to do a consultation and take x-rays first. The first appointment they went over range of motion and found the pressure points that caused pain and asked about what I do for work? Told them I sit on a computer many hours a day many days a week. Next they worked up the plan for how many times I will be at the center and what types of things I will have to do at home. They take an alternative approach to Physical Therapy. I like what they do and how they don't mess around with isolating the areas that need some strengthening. Have been to 3 different Physical Therapy places around SLC in the past and they came and went and didn't seem to care. Here they use physiotherapy (not sure how different from PT?) and make sure you are on task and doing the proper procedures as designed. This entails stretching, joint mobilization, soft tissue release, strengthening the muscles, increasing flexibility, and improving balance and coordination. The staff, doctors, chiropractors, massage therapist, and nurses all treat the patients with dignity and respect. Seen a couple negative reviews on where which don't seem to have actually been to the facility except to make an appointment. Some guy named Dust C posted the same things over and over which should be flagged by Yelp for inaccurate review. Have been coming to IG since late July '20 and still go 2x a week now Oct '20. And most days are great for being pain free some days aren't so good but are becoming few and far between. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that they sometimes get really busy, and most of the time it is because I am running late to my scheduled appointment. Highly recommend this facility for those that are suffering from pain that want to avoid surgery or an elixir. :-)

I am not in shape - at all but the ad showed women who look like me doing it so I thought - why not - I will give it a try. To my utter surprise I could do almost everything during the workout. Some exercises needed modifications and the instructor was so kind and helpful that I didn't feel weird asking for help or an alternative to what we were doing. Since then I have been to at least a dozen classes with various instructors and I have yet to have a negative experience. The atmosphere is calm and supportive. The employees are friendly and genuinely care about the people coming in. I met the owners/managers and they were passionate about the philosophy behind Pilates and I was inspired by that on the first day. The cost is a little high depending on your budget, but it is also a worthwhile experience and they offer different packages and also an individual class price if you don't want to do a membership bundle. Highly recommended - especially if you are new to or getting back into fitness. All bodies are welcome and you will feel accepted.
