When it first opened, it was fantastic -- welcoming staff, community events, clean facilities, and a great overall atmosphere. Since the new owner took over, everything has gone downhill. There is rarely any staff present, making it nearly impossible to bring guests or get assistance when needed. You can't purchase merchandise or basic items anymore, which shows a clear lack of basic operational effort. Multiple pieces of equipment are broken and remain unrepaired, and the facility itself is noticeably dirty. It feels neglected and poorly managed. It's obvious that there is little to no pride or care being put into this business anymore. I can no longer recommend this location to anyone. It's truly sad to see what was once a great gym deteriorate so badly. At this pace, I would honestly be surprised if this location is still open a year from now.
