    What can I say this gym is great, they are very helpful and respectful if you have a question on a…read moremachine they are more then will to help you understand how to use it and how to improve your work out for free who say they got free advice from a gym not many. The equipment at the Tooele anytime fitness is well kept they clean them very well and they as for your help to keep the equipment clean as well by offering bacterial wipes to clean up after you use a machine. They have a restroom and a shower, so you clean up after your hard work out. The owner keeps the restroom well stocked with essential, so you never have to worry. The best part about this gym is not many people can make the times, so they are open 24 hours, so you can hit the gym anytime. Now for the bad I can say they need more equipment like steps machine there are only two and people are all ways using it because it burns crazy amount of fat highly recommended to use but there are only to two so many if they can get two more that would do great. Another complaint is that they need to keep their bacterial wipes stocked it is very inconvenient to go to the cardio side of the gym to go back and clean your weights after doing a full workout. The verdict I would highly recommend this gym but those it is prices. But it is well worth it to keep you healthy and relax from the stress of work and school.

    BUYER BEWARE! This…read morewas going to be a completely different type of review until Ty attempted to blackmail me into not relaying my honest opinions regarding my experience at his gym. When I first signed up for his 6 week program I was through the moon excited. I couldn't say enough positive about the program and I was really looking forward to seeing some results. BEWARE: Ty makes a lot of promises but in the contract you sign it is COMPLETELY one sided. He makes you feel like he cares but there is nothing in contract guaranteeing anything....you either fail or succeed but he only takes credit for the success. I was 100% in from the day I signed up. I appreciated the extra week given to challenge participants to make sure they didn't drown in the deep end, giving our bodies time to acclimate to what was to come in the program. I had NOTHING bad to say about the program. Ty's program is EXTREMELY expensive! I'm not saying it might not be worth the expense but it is way more expensive than any other gym I have looked into. I was able to bring my son with me and as a single Mom that was really important. I gave Ty's program 100% of my effort. I did EVERYTHING that was asked of me. Ate when and what I told to eat and worked out as required. I ended up GAINING 4 pounds in 1 week's time. Any time I would approach Ty for support and assistance his response was "put on your big girl panties." First I find this type of comment demeaning, but also very inappropriate. I was looking for guidance and support from my fitness expert whom I was paying....instead I felt like a complete failure. Later when I approached Ty with how I was felling he again, told me to suck it up. He accused me of not following his program. Allegedly I am the only person EVER to not find success in his program. His program works, period, and if it didn't work for me that was MY program, period. I did not feel right about continuing on with a program that made me feel so worthless. I couldn't continue the program feeling like a failure by the person I thought was supposed to be building me up. I was essentially bullied, by Ty, out of the program. He offered me a partial refund at the end of the challenge though I had chosen to not complete it. When it came time for that refund to come back to me it was offered ONLY if I signed an agreement to essentially NOT share my negative experiences with anyone. Blackmail was extremely unnecessary and unprofessional. Again, Ty continued to blame me for the failures and reiterated to me that I am the ONLY PERSON EVER to not succeed in the program and the only one to ever have any complaints. Guess the customer is NOT always right, not in Ty's gym anyway. So, if your idea of a fitness trainer and support system includes being yelled at belittled...then this is the gym for you. Don't get on his bad side or ask for something you feel you deserve because you will be bullied into silence.

To Whom It May Concern, which is any and all who are even THINKING about getting a membership here. Just don't. Go the other way, find another gym. DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME. This institution does not properly train their employees on their policies and what they can and cannot do. Their system does not work properly and will charge you a cancellation fee even though your past the 6 month cancellation fee policy. Don't try and call customer service because they won't answer and they won't call you back. OH AND THEY WONT REFUND YOU THE MONEY THEY ARE ROBBING FROM YOU. You'll go in and ask the girl at the front desk to cancel your membership. She will say "oh sure I can get that done for you." Even though she has no power to cancel memberships. But your app will immediately stop working and they will CONTINUE to charge you and WILL NOT REFUND YOU for services and benefits you couldn't even use if you wanted to. But they will charge you for them! Incase you would like some back story, here it is! My husband and I began our memberships with VASA Fitness on March 31st, 2024. After welcoming our second child in November 2023, we were eager to prioritize our health and wellness. However, by March 2025, a major life transition--relocating--significantly impacted our financial and time commitments. As a result, we made the decision to cancel our memberships. According to VASA's cancellation policy, a fee applies only if cancellation occurs before the six-month mark. We were well beyond that threshold--12 months into our membership--so we should not have been subject to any cancellation fees. Upon calling to cancel, we were instructed to do so through the VASA app. Unfortunately, the app attempted to charge us the early cancellation fee meant for those within the first six months. To resolve this, my husband visited the Tooele location in person. A staff member there assured him the memberships were canceled, and we were subsequently unable to log into our accounts--further indicating that the cancellation had been processed. Despite this, in April 2025, we were charged $29.48 by Paramount Acceptance and $26.49 by VASA--a total of $55.97. Then in May, we were hit with two more charges, totaling $163.19: one for $83.09 and another for $80.10. Not only are we still being charged after cancellation, but the amounts are inexplicably increasing. When my husband contacted VASA customer service, the supervisor he spoke with stated that gym locations do not have the authority to cancel memberships--despite our prior experience--and claimed there were no records of our cancellation attempts. She also mentioned that only a partial refund of $106 could be offered. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. We followed the instructions provided by your staff and acted in good faith. The lack of internal communication and follow-through on VASA's part has resulted in unauthorized charges and unnecessary stress for our family. I am requesting a full refund of all charges made after our initial cancellation attempt and a formal confirmation that our memberships are indeed canceled. The responsibility for this error lies with the company, not with us. VASA IS A CROCK AND A SHAM OF A COMPANY

Wrong these two do not know how to cooperate or even write a professional email no customer service skills or accountability for their mistakes. Absolutely unprofessional. They didn't even know if my contract was month to month or year to year. They then said they didn't even have my contract on hands then had to go in person for them to actually have it and it being expired. Absolutely shady and unprofessional behavior when I'm the one giving them money. Their jobs aren't hard when I'm working out there either sitting around or just talking. Is it really that hard just to be nice and professional and organized with a customer that is trying to cancel their membership. Talking to these two employees felt like talking to a toddler. Go to vasa instead TRUST ME your dodging a bullet with this shitty "management" crew.
