Hotel gyms can be so depressing that I find myself dreading that portion of my travels, whereas this one has me looking forward to it. I don't miss a beat. I purchase the guest passes for each day, and here's what I get: -Huge bouldering gym access -Fresh water which is wonderful to load up on when traveling vs. drinking out of a hotel bathroom sink -The gym! Free weights. Weighted vests. Squat racks. Good treadmills with real incline. Pull up bars. Triceps machines. It's a real gym, not some poor facsimile masquerading as a gym. To top it off, the hotel gives locker room access with a baller sauna. So what would normally be a scramble for me as a traveler to get a workout in an unfamiliar area becomes a joyous, therapeutic occasion. Keep on doing your thing here everyone, it's a wonderful setup and one of my favorite trips to make each year.

I gave the SLC location a call and the guy who helped me, Luke, was very helpful and told me that I could come in for a visit. I stopped in tonight and it was a great experience. Day pass was $20 which includes shoes and chalk, sweet! And yoga classes too. Pretty nice deal! I had a great time climbing, everyone was courteous here and followed climbing etiquette. I cleared some yellows, reds and also a green! After about an hour of climbing, I wanted some cardio but both treadmills were taken so I got on the elliptical and did 20 min and did get my max HR up to 176 and covered a little over 2 miles, it was a light cardio day for me. Luke also showed me around a bit, and there are locker rooms on the second floor and also a dry sauna, cool! Really awesome experience here and so cool this place is inside a hotel and there are some other retail shops in here. Parking was a bit sketch but you're not dealing with a lot of people, so I wasn't that concerned but I did feel like I was parking in a ditch. Im definitely coming back here again when I am in town. Give this BP a try, it won't disappoint!

This guy is so full it's not even funny. It's not a good experience having to wait in a line for a machine because there is just one most of the time or two machines if we are lucky. I am seeing the results of what I asked him to do , he has the answers to the why when I ask , He helped me get some accessories to help my workouts be even better, very safety oriented when showing you the movements and always ask how you are feeling before workouts, responds during workout questions I am having when I am not training with him . He gets his props from me for sure !!

My favorite classes are the Riot classes - they're 45 minutes long and four rounds alternating between HIIT/weights and boxing. The instructors are all so friendly and each and every one of them go out of their way to make you feel included and connected. Rebel House has built a great community among their members and have fun challenges and themed classes for people to participate in every month. The space itself is beautiful, and they've created so many little touches to make their members feel so valued and loved. I'm lucky to have their Sugar House location within walking distance from my home!

I can honestly say this gym is really, really awesome! The staff is always welcoming when I come. It's totally not intimidating (as Crossfit can be sometimes). They help me with my form (I'm fairly new to Crossfit). The staff AND the gym members are super friendly and encouraging. The facilities are clean and stylish. Honestly I feel like I'm at home at my gym when I come...and I really, really appreciate that because being away from home so much gets tough. I can't say enough nice things about this place....I look forward to dropping in next time I'm in SLC.

While this location isn't as convenient for where I live, I will frequently go out of my way to…read morevisit because of all the amenities here that aren't at the downtown location. They offer way more classes and they have multiple levels of bouldering. The rope climbing also seems to be rated slightly easier and there's way more options for rope climbing so there's more room to spread out. The walls are also taller so it's great for working on your endurance. If you come on a weeknight, it's still pretty hard to get a top rope spot. I will frequently switch to lead climbing because there are more options. Just don't forget rope! They do events here sometimes but I find that the events are way better at the downtown location. It's probably because there's not a ton of space just for hanging out. They have a pretty killer cafe, just like the downtown location but it closes annoyingly early. Why is it that every time I actually need to buy food, the cafe is closed?! I also find in general, this location is more chill, people are just less intense. That's my take, it's based on no real personal experiences, it's just a vibe.

It's a fantastic program for Law Enforcement, Military, Emergency Service specialists, who have to deal with "special" circumstances. I've finally had the opportunity to make it out here, to SLC. The facility is GREAT! Lisa, one of the owners, is sweet person. They have great training equipment and offer a lot of high value training. If you're looking for a place to workout and train hard, train combatives, OR train martial arts (they have a great BJJ program for kids!) this is definitely the place for you! Now I'm not saying. "Trust me." However, please consider this as it is coming from a martial art and fitness school owner, as well.
