Then I decided to look to an alternative and decided to reach out to find a personal one-on-one yoga instructor. I found Sarah on Yelp. Called her and she said she'd give me a one-time appointment to see if she thought she could help me. Fast forward 12 weeks and I'm doing better than ever. She taught me yoga tailored to my messed up old bod. I loved that she tailored it to me specifically to help me learn moves that I can do that will help me progress and start to eliminate the pain.
