The staff here have been nothing short of professional, warm, and helpful. The gym feels clean and open and even at its busiest hours, you can almost always find machines open or room to do your own workouts without waiting for something to clear up. The cafe has delicious food and protein shakes, and plenty of offerings if you're looking for something less hefty but still guilt free for your food restrictions. Doing a superset or circuit training is tricky because bench press and leg press machines are far from the free weights. I would switch that up a bit so it's easier to do a superset. Right now, I have to carry over a couple sets of bars and free weights to the bench press area, and then cart it all back. I guess it gives me an extra workout, but it's a pain for other guests. I'm sure they can move some things around to work out the kinks. I do like the new open turf areas that let me jump from weights to burpees. The owners are always kind and show me proper form if they notice I'm not doing something correctly. It really is like family here! Every day I go workout, there are always fellow gym goers and the instructors greeting me, and happy to show me how to do the different types of workouts we cycle through. Every day is different! I myself started with a Groupon and never felt like I was treated badly. I'm here to stay! It is because of PW that I realized doing endless amounts of cardio and marathon running wasn't doing my body good. I started doing more weight lifting and HIIT with Pure and my body was freaking changing in ways it never had before! I had suffered from years and years of eating disorders, and PW honestly helped me have a healthier body image and relationship with my body. A class there is like the best therapy, because you are surrounded by people who are your family. They come from all different walks of life, different levels of fitness, and so much love and support. The owners are so invested in everyone who attends, and are always so welcoming. Back in 2014-2015 I trained for an NPC competition. Had I never gone to PW and been surrounded by so much encouragement, I would have never had the guts to step on stage. Judah helped train me and I had NEVER been in such amazing shape before. Not only that, but he and his wife Kira drove all the way to Colorado to support me and cheer me on in my first competition. Who does that?? The dedication and genuine care they have for everyone is beyond what you will find at any gym! I sadly haven't been able to attend PW much since moving and having a baby, but many of my dear friends are people I met through Pure. I still stay in touch with the owners and I still tell them all the time how much I miss going there. I was able to do an online fitness program through Kira which was amazing to help me work on losing that stubborn baby weight and stay motivated as a new mom, wife, and working woman. The tools I've learned through the years from Kira and Judah are invaluable, and I will always recommend this gym to anyone and everyone I come in contact with!

Apparently, you need a Utah ID to do a free trial, though it did not say this on the website when I signed up for the trial. I'm in Utah on a long term job contract and will not be switching my ID over. I stated that I could show them my lease showing that I live here. The sale person I spoke with the first day I came in to activate the trial was seemingly accommodating and said he could override that step. However, it seems he lied because when I came back in the second time to use the trial, it was not activated and my information was not in the system. I had the same conversation about the ID with the sale person today, stating that I have many ways that I can prove that I live here, but they said my only option was to buy a membership or pay for a pass. I declined because I am not going to pay for a membership when I didn't receive the trial. Why would I want to spend my money with a business that's not accommodating and has poor customer service? In regard to the gym itself, for the one day that I got to experience it: There were multiple machines out of order in the cardio area (treadmills, rowers, etc.). The staff was not knowledgeable about the gym equipment/features. After asking multiple people, no one knew the length of the sled track/turf or how much the sled itself weighs and it was not listed on the sled. Otherwise, it was a standard gym. Wasn't a great first impression and their customer service was also not great. Luckily there are a lot of other gyms in the area.
