Settle in for a long review...How does a guy who practically eats donuts for a living stay fit?…read moreThree letters: L8R I've worked with Jeff and Jenny for over two years and without hesitation recommend them to anyone looking to get fit, take their fitness to another level, or step onto the bodybuilding stage. Me, just I'm looking to stay fit while eating donuts, and they've more than helped me accomplish that! Will you do some cardio each day? You bet. Will you lift heavy things at the gym most days of the week? Count on it. Will you get a customized meal plan to help you meet your goals? Yup. Will you have extreme diets like cutting out all carbs and eating cubes of butter wrapped in bacon? Hell no. Will you see results? Absolutely, IF you trust the process and PUT IN THE WORK. Don't be intimidated by the big muscles, Jeff and Jenny are some of the most down to earth people you'll ever meet, and they're 100% dedicated to every one of their clients. If you're lucky, you'll get to work with one of their other coaches, and just know that Jeff and Jenn still review every client's plan. Stop listening to your neighbor who says she lost 80lbs in two weeks, stop buying whatever overnight miracle pill you see on TV, and stop trying the fad diets you see on social media. Instead, get in touch with Jeff and Jenny Later to make sustainable, healthy, long-lasting change to your health and wellness (and don't forget to eat donuts along the way)!

They had me at 2660 calories per day, eating 1 lb of steak a day (after being cooked) which is ridiculous, and cardio every day. Jeff will sell you his coaching program then immediately after you sign up, he hands you over to an amateur protege. I asked them why I wasn't at a lower caloric intake and their response is always, just give it time. They won't answer your phone calls but will make Vimeo videos and only text, so don't plan on talking on the phone with quick questions you might have after signing up. Jeff offers no substitutes or allows for flexible dieting, like a dinosaur, one size fits all approach. After hiring a real trainer/nutritionist they put me on a 1850 calorie diet and guess what happened! Got down to goal weight. Dont let theses guys take your money and leave you broke and with no results.

Beware of enrolling and bringing your kids to the Kids Academy here. The Kids Academy manager Kim…read moreisn't friendly at all. She gossips with certain staff members and club members (like Brittany S. & Katrina N.) about other staff members and club members. And her minion employee Lexie doesn't even greet guests when you enter the Kids Academy. Kenzie, another Kids Academy employee, bullies select coworkers, their kids, and members' children. She and Lexie are only kind to select guests and their children, but rude to others. Some Kids Academy employees have even quit due to bullying and mistreatment from Kim, Lexie, & Kenzie. I'll spare their names for privacy, but a couple of Lifetime South Jordan Kids Academy's SWEETEST girls working there ended up leaving due to their mental health suffering. Also, a handful of the Kids Academy staff yell at and discipline certain children over normal kid behavior. They all seem burnt out. The extremely low pay probably doesn't help. Personal trainer Rob also tells children who are aged 12+ they can't be upstairs on the gym floor without even age checking them (kids age 12+ CAN be upstairs) or contacting their parents. He's only friendly to certain staff and club members. The new GM Matt is super nice and seemingly professional. He's made a lot of positive changes since he's established his role, but he has a lot of work to do with the current Kids Academy management and staff. He's at least approachable though, unlike the former GM Bridgette who was fired for a string of wrongdoings, including illegally performing Botox on the former spa manager (they did it to each other) while at work. Some of the lifeguards and swim instructors could use professionalism training or retraining. A lot of them seem bored, unfriendly, and entitled, but they're more preferable over the Kids Academy manager Kim and her staff, particularly Lexie & Kenzie. Those three have done some illegal and just outright horrible things too.
