This rating service has a poor reputation. I always check Google ratings for more up to date references. For instance, my comments always show here because I have been providing feedback, positive and negative, for ten years. There could be one hundred good recommendations by 100 legit people on here and the service will not allow them to show. So even is the complaint were legit, it is not fair to hide the 99 that liked someone's work.
