Arrived at the no frills location, their small pizza place with a few basic tables and a very small TV. Definitely this joint best for takeout. Ordered the extra large Protein Delight with the whole wheat crust. Brought it home, promptly removing two slices for each of us. Put the rest in the oven to keep warm. Wow good flavor! Crazily packed with Sausage, Canadian bacon, bacon, and meatballs, it was a rich pizza! The flavors bursting full of and only richer as you chew tasting more of that reduced fat mozzarella and whole wheat crust! The quality ingredients shine for those wanting a healthier alternative, check out their website! All in all each slice was so rich, that I only could eat 3 slices (normally eat 4 or 5 slices from other pizza joints with no big deal). It was good and nicely filling! (Besides with the supposedly whole wheat dough this place is the healthiest.) The cashier was courteous on the phone, and the order was delivered within the promised 40 minute timeframe. As far as the food, there was a decent amount of pineapple (yummy and tart) sprinkled on the pizza. The ham was fresh; the crust crispy and not overly cheesy. Wow! Amazing experience I had on Friday for lunch! My 2 coworkers/friends and I opted to order form PP and pick up the order at the store..we wanted to get out of the Friday Frenzy! The pizza is thin, crisp, fresh, and the best part healthy (er) than regular pizza. They also do the standard (healthier version of) pizza food: galrlic knots, calzones, but thats not the only trick they have up their sleeve. Oh no no no, dont let the name "power pizza" fool you. They have amazing power wraps and power salads too! my favorite salad was inspired by the wonderful health conscious folks of power pizza. The spinach wrap- Spinach, bleu cheese, red onions, cranberries, chicken, and their "power vinegrette", which is also available with chicken and (like most of their salads) is also available as a wrap on tomato, wheat or spinach wraps! i can eat one every day im sure of it. They even have cookies for dessert! I still have yet to try them, because i get so full with their pizza i never get the chance. gah! So let me start off by saying that I believe that everyone (especially businesses) make mistakes. What matters the most to me is not if you make a mistake but instead how it is handled ie. the recovery. With that being said...My last two visits to Power Pizza, which happened to be a week apart, my order was messed up. One was delivery and the other was dine in. The first order one of my toppings was missing and the second order the crust was wrong. Yeah it's inconvenient, but in both cases that Power Pizza was notified they worked VERY quickly and apologetically and remedied both situations. In the delivery situation they delivered a new fresh pizza to me ASAP (let me mention that this was late on a Sunday night and I was already out of their delivery area to begin with). And when dining in, a new and better pizza was made just for me. I love their pizza and I love that they are pro-active when correcting issues! Will be back! read more

I have been going to Power Pizzeria ever since it opened up and was named Pizza Power. I would go after school, after tennis, during the weekends and order in at least three times a week. Now, about 5+ years later, I still come here about 3 times a week. The staff: they are all very nice and catering. They really listen to what you want and do a great job both at the front with taking orders and answering the phones as well as those in the back making the food. You can tell that the staff has a good relationship with each other as they all work very well together. My orders: I normally get the power salad with house vinaigrette (something I crave every week), the penne pasta with alfredo sauce (I also crave this all the time) and the BBQ chicken wings. Every so often, I will order a slice of pizza and I never leave feeling too full. The pizza is not greasy at all whatsoever and it tastes healthy! I've been a long time customer at this particular Power Pizza location. My past delivery orders have always been pleasant. Today's delivery was missing a piece of the order. When I called to see if I can have what's missing delivered, I received an unwelcoming response from the person who answered the call. After asking for the manager, this young lady claimed to be it and offered no resolution. Instead, she hanged up the call in midway conversation. I immediately drove to the location with the incomplete order and demanded my money back. After a "back and forth" with the so-called manager, I finally received my refund. This location has lost a long time costumer for not having proper and professional management staffed. For the record, a pregnancy or any other kind of "excuse" should not be used as means to treat costumers poorly. If the person does not feel equipped to handle a costumer service position, they should either be transferred to another department or replaced. If not, I don't see how any costumer will want to return. read more

When I go to actually pick up the order, I'll be waiting at the counter for 5 minutes or more before I'm even noticed. Ordered on Yelp! EAT 24 the other day. Simple order, one salad, one calzone. I live about mile away but didn't feel like driving do to having beers during the day. About 35 min go by and no order. I look on the Yelp App and see it still says cooking. After 45 min, I call directly and they tell me I didn't put my address in correctly. So I ask "why didn't you call me". There response was "to prevent stalking". Seriously? So they have your address but don't want to give the phone number to the drivers? Doesn't make any sense. I ask how long it will be and they tell me there are no drivers available at this time. I go myself to pick up the food and of course its cold. Not all that good either way. I wont order from here again or use the Yelp Eat App 24 anymore. Really disappointing experience from Yelp and Power Pizzeria. read more
