Just had a rep from Power provide us a quote for a roof. He arrived at our house approximately 4:20 p.m. and left a little after 7:20 p.m. He was a friendly guy and he did a great job selling the roof, gutters, etc. but the presentation was too long and the cost ended up being astronomically higher than what I expected for a roof and gutters. Anyway, just know that if you do decided to set an appointment with this company, YOU WILL BE OUT OF 3-4 HOURS of your time, which is ridiculous. I mentioned to the salesman more than once that I had a meeting at 7:30 p.m. but it's like that went in one ear and out the other. That really agravated me. They need to work on getting their presentation down to 1 hour flat....that's more tolerable. Also some of their sales tactics are a little pressurable, I felt like I was buying a car....lol. Not sure if we will go with them but at least I'm better educated on roofing. read more

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY SERVICE YOU!!! This company has the most horrible customer service ever! I felt completely discriminated against. I requested Soundproof windows installation. They set up an appointment to come out and do a free estimate. They even called to confirm my appointment the day before and then again on the day of. Then for some unknown reason, 30 minutes before the appointment time, they called and stated that they were all booked up and will not be able to show up for the appointment. They offered no plausible reason, just that they discovered they were booked, which was totally Bogus. How it is that you confirmed with me 3 different times, but suddenly you are Booked. LIARS! Then they said they would call back to reschedule and never did. So the following week, I called to get another appointment set up, since I decided to give them a second chance. So I am on the phone with them and they are setting up the appointment, confirming all of my information. Then instantly, I heard the tone of the guy's voice, go from chipper to monotone and unaccommodating. Then they put me on a brief hold. They came back to the phone and stated, "Oh yeah we are just booked up and you will have to go somewhere else for this, we don't want to help you" and then he just hung up in my face before I can even get a word out. I was literally offended by the disrespect and rudeness of this company. I have no idea why I was treated this way, but it is totally unacceptable. I called back to speak with someone in Management and was told that a Manager would contact me back, which never happened, of course. So I would highly recommend not to deal with this company whatsoever. Because if they can treat a person this way from an appointment perspective, there is no telling how they treat you throughout a service being worked on. I'm having 19 windows installed today. The experience from the door to door marketer, the sales rep, the window measurement team, the job manager and the installers has been nothing short of great! All are very professional and personable. I've had fun talking to them all. The windows look wonderful and are well-installed. I researched the company beforehand and liked that they have been in business for nearly 30 years, use Pella windows, and have a lifetime warranty that is transferable. We liked the products, but could not afford a full set of windows and doors at the time we spoke with them. In my previous review, I wrote that I thought they had good windows, but the sales approach wasn't the best. We had ended up purchasing a door from them for my mom's area. Since then, the handle and lock on that door have gotten so that they are no longer usable. When we purchased the door, they could not use our current style of locks according the the sales rep, so we had to purchase a special system with the door. That system no longer works and it has been less than 5 years since the installation. I'm afraid to even call and ask how to get it repaired because I don't want to deal with them. read more

My project was at the end of 2020, and they were respectful and wore masks. The sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful, as was the QA guy who came at the end of the project. The roof, gutters, doors and everything look fantastic and the workers worked quickly and did great work. I'm so pleased that I am already planning another project to get my siding replaced. Run, run far away. Just saw a door to door guy in our neighborhood that prompted me to write this. In a moment of weakness I was flagged as a mark at the BJ's on my way out. Free estimate on replacing windows, my place is 20 years old so sure. Salesman came out on a day when school was still in at 6pm. Goes around and measures and brings in samples and goes thru a powerpoint on the company. All of this is fine, then comes the estimate. 74k to replace the windows in my house that's worth about 400-450k. Now comes the fun part we will mark it down I forget the exact amount was no more than 10% if you sign now. So they expect me to make a 65k decision today now without getting other estimates. I politely declined but he kept going over the info the warranty and all of that. Here we are 10pm, have not fed the kids and he won't leave. I finally had to threaten to call the sheriff to get this idiot out of my house. After that they have your number and I kid you not they will call maybe every 48 hours trying to get you to buy. I got a new phone number so I would not get any more calls. Run don't walk these crooks are probably the most crooked outfit I have ever seen. Making you make an uninformed decision under duress. This company is disgusting for training their salesmen to hold a 7-month-pregnant woman hostage in her own home so she can sit through an aggressive, 3-hour sales pitch at dinner time after a long work day. Nothing is that important and everyone can see through the phony sales tactics. PHR just needs to stop and understand how off-putting their methods are. We won't be buying from them and we would never recommend them. Their estimates are highly inflated and they clearly take advantage of vulnerable, uninformed homeowners. If you call Power, prepare for a really, really long sales pitch. Like really long, they were at our home for 3.5 hours, on a Saturday morning. NOT how I wanted to spend my Saturday, I was told it would be 90 minutes. The ONLY reason I agreed for them to come to my home, to give me a quote was because the sales rep at the Georgia Home Show told us we would get 20% off our purchase. Which was a lie and just a way to get a sales person to your home. After the long, oh so long presentation about their basic windows, we were given a bid of around $30,000, no 20% off applied at all. The sales person didn't even know about this discount. I've had about the same number of windows replaced in another home and it was $15,000. A couple weeks later they called me with a better deal and wanted to come back. I was like can you just tell me the new number over the phone. They said no, that they wanted to drop it off in person. Ok, fine, drop the bid off in my mailbox and I'll call you. Nope, they wanted my husband to be home too..... If you think I'm going to sit through another 3.5 hour sales pitch, for a couple thousand dollars off, you are seriously mistaken. read more

I try not to give a max number of stars when I first write a review and am giving a 4.5 actually for the installation of all the windows which are being finished up right now. First off, Hannah is a great salesperson!!! She spent several hours with me going over thoroughly all aspects of the installation, the product and the service and warranty. A few weeks later, Connor came to do measurements, reverifying the #'s that Hannah did. He said that she was slightly off on one of the measurements but that was good! So, it took several weeks for the windows to be made to fit the windows, which is great! Means that it's not a batch of windows brought over to fit certain sized windows and being shoved in to fit unusual sized windows. Brandon, has done the QA and everything looks good according to his standards. Thanks to Sergio for him and his crew working diligently to get the windows in and paying attention to details and answering all my questions! Give me a week to see if there's any concerns and if there are, they will fix them and I'm holding them to that. 1-2-2020: Update to review. Keeping it at a 4 because after Sergio and the crew left, I went out to the driveway and found nails and debris that could easily have caused flats on my tires. I cleaned it up myself. Also, when I looked at the shutters that were installed, they were not evenly aligned across all 4. I know I was told that when they removed the old shutters, the new ones weren't quite the same size as the old, so they had to adjust. The previous folks hadn't painted the exterior walls completely before putting up the old shutters. In any case, I had to call Power for someone to come back the next day to realign the new shutters so that they were more even. Shouldn't they have at least measured to get them to line up the first time? As for the retention of heat, now that it's winter, there's no drafts and the window glass itself doesn't feel cold! that is definitely a plus! read more

we agreed to allow Power to install gutter with the fascia, sliding glass door, and one kitchen window. We were very disappointed in the appearance of the fascia board ( really only got fascia so the fascia boards would match the gutters). Informed the independent contractor prior to him putting up the gutter but he did not correct it. Power have refused to correct the issue. I attempted to cancel the window job because we were so displeased with the gutter job; however power representative stated that we would still have to pay for the material. I never signed the completion for the gutter. They attempted to fixed it by pushing down the opening and spraying white paint on the areas that now looked very noticeable because the areas are whiter than the gutters. Moving forward...the day the windows were put in the Power Quality person came out and stated he would have the team come out in two days and repair the gutter and offered me a large discount on more windows with zero interest for a year. I agree because I knew I had three days to think about it and could cancel before three days and maybe it would get my gutter fixed. During signing the transaction for the additional windows. I believe the quality person had me sign the completion documents for the gutter. He would show me what I was signing on the computer but once you did the signature the document was no longer displayed and I never thought that I would be signing something than what the quality person had previously displayed. BE VERY CAREFUL SIGNING ON THE COMPUTER IN WHICH YOU CANNOT SEE WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING WHILE YOU ARE SIGNING IT!!!!! Of course the guys never showed up to fix the fascia and fail to put a screen on my window. Please see the pictures. If they provide me with a signed completion for the gutter, it will confirm that the Quality person presented it while stating it was something else. I never willing signed any documents that stated I was satisfied with the gutter job. After the guys failed to show up and fixed the fascia and they failed to provide zero interest for a year in which I was offered. I canceled the contract for the additional windows. Anytime you cancel a contract be sure to follow the instructions to ensure you properly canceled the agreement. The quality person came to my house to have me signed on the computer another document that I cannot see while I am signing it. I had already signed the cancellation and overnighted it to the corporate office. I requested that he take a picture of the document that was sent to corp. read more

By far the best experience from beginning to end. This was our first major project after living in our home for 16 years. Leigh took the time to answer all of my questions and I learned so much from that experience. The only thing that I was disappointed by was that I had no idea that they did more than just windows.
