Not only did he communicate very well before the appointment, but he also was early for the appointment and had such a pleasant demeanor and wonderful smile. He was very patient and walked us through the entire 14 unit inspection. He took his time and he brought booties for his shoes to keep all the interiors of the home clean. He has been doing this for eight years so he's very experienced and was very knowledgeable and the prices were amazing! What I also really loved is he spent some time with us to plan where we were gonna install the fire extinguishers on the exterior of the building and he was so helpful. Frank did our Fire Sprinkler inspection(s)/repairs and the work he completed was good but unfortunately, the reason for us hiring this company was for our Fire Department Inspection. Now we have to find another company to come out and do another inspection (which we already paid for 2x to Central Fire - once for our initial inspection then once again after the repairs).
