It's almost always full and you will depend on luck to find one spot there or arrive in time when someone is leaving their spot. There is no parking on most of the surrounding streets, except for the small section of the road that curves underneath Lawrence. And that part is often full of parked cars. It can be frustrating and this parking situation will easily drive away customers to find somewhere else with easier parking. If you're fortunate enough to get parking, you will find that Coffeebar offers a decent coffee menu, baked goods, and some food if you need more than a snack. The people working behind the counter have all been very friendly and helpful. Their Chocolate Croissant is HUGE!!! They'll ask if you want it warmed up. Definitely do this.
