We are still in that phase where we sit and stare in awe at what ADH accomplished for us. This major construction journey began last fall, when I thoroughly researched every well-reviewed home remodeling company serving this area. I only considered companies with more than 4 stars on Yelp and Google. We interviewed and received bids from five of them, and we were comfortable choosing ADH. We now know we made exactly the right decision. Amazingly, ADH came to us with a proposal that included everything on our wish list, and at a significantly more reasonable price than any of the others. We were impressed by their showroom, and we were especially drawn to ADH because it has its own manufacturing facility, where it custom-makes the high-end cabinetry it installs. Osa was our designer, and she was terrific. Osa was easy to work with, always available when we needed her help, and supportive in every way imaginable. Spending at this level, and contemplating at least a month of daily construction in the home, is stressful. Yet Osa assured us and explained the process in ways that alleviated many of our concerns. We felt fortunate to have her at our side all along the way. Every single ADH employee that we interacted with was a pleasure to deal with. Andrey was our project manager, and his competence and calm demeanor throughout were always helpful. Our remodel involved having workers in our home every day for a month. The respect and care they showed for our home and our comfort throughout the construction period were above and beyond anything we expected. I am posting pictures of the before and after, but no photo can do justice to the dramatic difference these changes made to our home. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, the countertops are magnificent, and the fit and finish of every part this project are first-class all the way. Obviously, I highly recommend ADH for any level of remodeling you are thinking about. Comparing to the other quotes I had obtained the price seemed fair and I felt comfortable booking with them due to their affiliation with Costco. From the consultation to the scheduling of appointments and the installation every thing went smoothly. I had lots of questions and inquires about my project and they responded quickly and were very patient with me. Although a smaller project and my budget was limited I still appreciate the attention they provided to me for the kitchen counters and backsplash renovation. First visit I was there about an hour, looked at everything from prefab showers to faucets. I was the only customer in the store, yet, was never even greeted, much less offered any kind of service. Second visit, I came in with my husband. We looked at the slabs and then went back into the showroom to look at vanities. We were asked what we were there for. Let them know we were looking for 80+ inch vanities. The guy just said "that would be custom and it's double the price of that one" and pointed in the direction of the vanities. Not sure which one was "that one" but it didn't matter. I never asked the price. Just wanted to know if they had them so I could checkout the quality and the choices. Guy walked away and went about his day. Thankfully, we found a custom cabinet maker who has been great. He's finishing up a 90" vanity and two linen cabinets. We were able to pick out a slab for the vanity top and have added the stone to our shower threshold and are using the stone for sconce backings. Giving Granite Expo 2 stars as a thank you for pushing me to go elsewhere.

Wade's design expertise completely transformed the functionality and usefulness of our kitchen. He was very easy to work with and really listened to what frustrated us about our old kitchen and, through creative design, was able to utilize every inch of space in our previously awkward kitchen. He convinced us to turn the direction of the island and it made a world of difference. We were able to incorporate a large pantry cabinet with roll-out trays that I thought wasn't possible, and an industrial-like lazy susan that has opened up a previously unusable blind corner. We wanted a white kitchen, but not too white. Wade helped us choose a beautiful grayish white for the main cabinets and then he perfectly matched a piece of furniture we had with a midcentury modern brown stain finish for the island and our living room built-in cabinets. I opted for pull out shelves on almost every base cabinet and can't believe how much they help. Even with a remote design and build, the cabinets arrived fully assembled and fit every space perfectly - they didn't need to make any adjustments, which in today's world is pretty impressive. In fact, Castlewood's overall design process and cabinet delivery portion of our remodel was by far the easiest piece of our renovation project. It is so pleasant to cook and hang out in our new space. We love our new kitchen!
