I bought the house from a widow whose husband was disabled, therefore there are no raised moldings (or transitions) in my home making my walking easy. When I placed my order I specifically requested NO TRANSITIONS, which was a big part of why I bought my flooring here and is in the contract. However as they put in the flooring they installed these raised transitions which are like speed bumps for me which is dangerous for me. When I called to complain I was told they were working on it. I have been given the run around since this March with no results except empty promises. Every time I hobble over one of these I get completely stressed out and fear falling. I don't feel comfortable accessing the exit to my house because there are two speed bumps which has removed my ability to enter and exit my own house independently which they are aware of. Now I regret spending my $8,700 there. I feel as if I have no other options but to sue. I had to sue a bank and insurance company (and won!) so I know what a lawsuit entails and will do that if they don't address this. This is a warning to anyone buying flooring here. They do not keep their promises even when they are backed by a contractual agreement. If I could give them a no star rating I would have. Buyer beware.

Called the company to discuss my concerns, an employee stated as to say "well things happen, nothing last forever" to paraphrase. With two independent contractors review of the master bathroom, the following repairs were found: cracked tiles, waterproof board not supported at seams, label not removed from waterboard to allow proper adhesion, I was provided with pictures and written estimates. After $7617.81 total amount to repair the bathroom, I am happy with results.
