I am so happy with the way our floors turned out. I knew I didn't want any grey tones and trying to find just the right color is more challenging than I thought it would be. Tony has great quality flooring and the price I paid could not be beat! Thanks Tony for being so cool to work with AND the job was done earlier than expected!!! read more

Excellent customer service and phenomenal floor work. Would HIGHLY recommend. Ask for Tony he's fabulous!!

DO NOT use displaced our family for weeks waiting on the project to be finished then once the floor was finally put in there were marks on it so Tony the owner said he would hire a "professional company" to clean it the 2 ladies that came in didn't speak English could not communicate with them and used dollar store clean to fix it (wasn't done well but settled) then had to fix another baseboard that looked like it was done by a kindergartner fixed it with attitude decided not to complain just move on then called them a couple weeks later about a crack in the bathroom Tony said he would order the part then 2 weeks later no correspondence called and Tony stated " for all u know you broke it" crappy customer service read more

Tony and his crew installed new tile flooring throughout the kitchen, dining, living rooms and hallways, using tiles we purchased and new carpet in bedrooms. They are hard workers and did beautiful work. The floors look great. Tony was very accommodating and flexible, as we had other work being done concurrently. Regardless of other workers in and out of the same space, Avila Flooring completed our floors in less time than estimated and for the price quoted. read more

Tony and his team redid all the floors in my house including closets and Laundry room. My house consisted of hardwood floors, carpet and tile. I met with Tony in his store and he presented me with samples per our discussion and he suggested one color/style and he was spot on with the color/style and texture. They also demoed my fireplace and created an amazing design which I fell in love with. Tony and team were reliable, hardworking and their attention to detail was impeccable. Whether you're looking to put in vinyl, wood, or specialty flooring, you'll be in good hands. Tony and team have gone over and beyond to make the process seamless. We decided to upgrade our floors before the end of the year and after a few months of quotes and visits to nearby vendors...Avila Flooring was the perfect choice. Tony was excellent he was highly involved from the start, always answering any questions I had even random ones that popped up during my sleep. He explained the quality of the products we chose in-depth and worked within our budget. Tony showed up to the project everyday and kept me well Informed. Hector and his team of workers showed up and completed the project flawlessly even taking care during the final walkthrough to make sure I was happy. We did a full remodel on our house from top to bottom. Tony came and helped us with our kitchen, and bathrooms, and also did all our flooring. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful floors, and all his work he did. Tony did an amazing job. We appreciate his input, knowledge, and ideas suggesting LVP floors throughout the house, and carpet on the stairs and bedrooms. He was always available and responsive to all phone calls and emails. Tony's customer service is off the charts. He always responded back in a timely fashion. Tony and his team did our floors in our master bedroom and closet. Avila flooring was very reasonable in price and we were happy to stay with a local business. They did a great job matching the floors to the rest of the house. The team on the day of install were very respectful, organized and worked fast and efficiently. After the job was done Tony circled back with us to make sure we were happy with everything. We would rate Tony and his team 10/10! Would definitely recommend! read more

We were happy with our floor installation and didn't even make a big deal out of a few items being broken by the crew- that sort of thing happens. We pointed it out to Tony and said our only issue was it not being brought to our attention (1 of the 3 items broken were brought to us and then later fixed). During installation - when we pointed out an area of concern to the crew we were told "don't worry about it." That part of the job had to be redone later. There were a few follow up items in the first few days after installation (after we paid) and while it was taken care of, communication at that point was spotty. A few weeks after the job was completed, we discovered an area of the floor that needed attention. Tony said he'd come take a look, and so far, has stood us up twice without any contact. It's been 3 weeks since we initially made contact asking him to come out. Today, I texted twice looking to confirm our scheduled time and received no answer. I called and asked for a return call to confirm and never heard back and Tony didn't show up. read more

We moved into our new home last summer and were on a super tight schedule to get the floors done before school started. Tony drove all the way to the Bay Area (old house) to bring me samples. He also price matched a competing bid and guaranteed my satisfaction. We've been very pleased with the work and get complemented all the time. Highly recommended them. read more

Hi Everyone Tony is a great guy!!! I reached out to get an appointment to look into replacing my hardwood floors on a Saturday afternoon. Tony was busy but willing to make an effort to meet with me Sunday. But we didn't get to meet because my renter was still out of town. I told him I would call him when I hear from the renter. Days went by and he was kind enough to follow up but my renter was still out of town. Finally getting a hold of the renter to see the place, I learned my concrete has cracks that allowed water/moisture to seep through causing the floors to warp and lift. I had to go with a construction company that did all trades to fix this headache. So, I decided to not use Tony for this job. "I appreciate his time and will definitely refer business to him." Many companies are rude and will not even return your calls. Tony was not only professional but understanding! He's a small family business and I hope he makes it! if you need your floors done, call and try him! read more

Tony is great! I made a small post on the Solano County FB page and he responded with a solution. So I reached out directly to glean more information. We agreed upon a time to see my carpet patch repair job. He was very nice, respectful, showed up when he said he would be at my place, explained everything in detail, managed my expectations, and told me about his experience as a flooring expert so I know he could be trusted. His price quote was fair; he completed the job quickly, professionally, and with quality. Definitely go with Tony at Avila Flooring! P.S. He has a new store front in Dixon. Please go support this experienced entrepreneur as I plan to keep him as my go to flooring professional. Thank you Tony! Jesse read more

Highly recommend this company. Used them a while back and they were fast with response and did amazing job on my hardwood floors.

It's rare that I write a review but I couldn't be anymore grateful for the work Avila Flooring provided so I thought I'd jump on here and share our experience. Originally this home had old carpet. My son, a first time home buyer seen value in this home but didn't quite know where to begin. We then began with yelp. We spoke to a few flooring companies but neither of them seemed to interest us. So we decided to do more research. Thankfully we stumbled across Avila flooring. Tony was great, quick to respond, and very thorough and professional. He informed my son of different types of floorings that are available in his showroom and provided him an estimate at no charge. The superior quality and the esthetic look gave my son something to look forward. A huge thank you to Tony and his team. I will definitely will be recommending Avila flooring as they did an amazing job read more

Back in 2017 I was looking for a flooring company to do the stairs and downstairs in my condo. I got many different quotes from big box stores. When I called Tony, he was straightforward with the cost of materials and labor. The pricing was very fair, so I decided to go with Avila Flooring. On the day of installation, the crew showed up on time, and was very respectful. Tony made sure his crew paid attention to every detail, and was transparent during the whole process. Overall, they exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them! read more
