DO NOT use displaced our family for weeks waiting on the project to be finished then once the floor was finally put in there were marks on it so Tony the owner said he would hire a "professional company" to clean it the 2 ladies that came in didn't speak English could not communicate with them and used dollar store clean to fix it (wasn't done well but settled) then had to fix another baseboard that looked like it was done by a kindergartner fixed it with attitude decided not to complain just move on then called them a couple weeks later about a crack in the bathroom Tony said he would order the part then 2 weeks later no correspondence called and Tony stated " for all u know you broke it" crappy customer service read more

We were happy with our floor installation and didn't even make a big deal out of a few items being broken by the crew- that sort of thing happens. We pointed it out to Tony and said our only issue was it not being brought to our attention (1 of the 3 items broken were brought to us and then later fixed). During installation - when we pointed out an area of concern to the crew we were told "don't worry about it." That part of the job had to be redone later. There were a few follow up items in the first few days after installation (after we paid) and while it was taken care of, communication at that point was spotty. A few weeks after the job was completed, we discovered an area of the floor that needed attention. Tony said he'd come take a look, and so far, has stood us up twice without any contact. It's been 3 weeks since we initially made contact asking him to come out. Today, I texted twice looking to confirm our scheduled time and received no answer. I called and asked for a return call to confirm and never heard back and Tony didn't show up. read more

Hi Everyone Tony is a great guy!!! I reached out to get an appointment to look into replacing my hardwood floors on a Saturday afternoon. Tony was busy but willing to make an effort to meet with me Sunday. But we didn't get to meet because my renter was still out of town. I told him I would call him when I hear from the renter. Days went by and he was kind enough to follow up but my renter was still out of town. Finally getting a hold of the renter to see the place, I learned my concrete has cracks that allowed water/moisture to seep through causing the floors to warp and lift. I had to go with a construction company that did all trades to fix this headache. So, I decided to not use Tony for this job. "I appreciate his time and will definitely refer business to him." Many companies are rude and will not even return your calls. Tony was not only professional but understanding!
