I called Ramona Station to ask for a smog test but because my car wasn't registered in Ramona I wasn't able to take it there so they recommended this place which is their sister store. When I pulled up I was having trouble backing into the parking spot but one of the workers gave me a thumbs up regardless of how much of a crap job I did. Guess it doesn't matter since they will be driving it into the shop. Dustin greeted me outside and held the door open for me and my daughter who was in her stroller. They told me it would be about 10-15 minutes which is the shortest time I've ever had to wait for smog! I've waited anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour! After I passed I paid the $48 dollars cash. The overall cleanliness of the place, the amazing customer service , friendless, and the best speed time makes this place 5 stars hands down! I went to get my car smog tested this afternoon and the owner decided to share his political views on how the Donkey's are ruining the country which was completely unprovoked. On top of this he also shared his views on other customers cars and annoying it is for him to smog check cars like the Volvo driving into his parking lot as well as my BMW... Other than the fact that I had to listen to his rants, their system was unable to smog my car due to their computer system. The 2 star review is not 0 because the younger guy working there with red hair was polite and attentive. - Correction. 2 years later, and it's even EASIER than the first time! The moment I walked in the door, he already had all of my paperwork up, filled out, and on the counter, ready to go--simply by noticing my license plate from when I pulled into the parking lot. He already applied the coupon I had last time, with the total listed out, had me swipe my card, have a seat, and I was literally out in a matter of minutes.
