I wasn't in a rush but I feel that's just common courtesy for businesses. They looked busy so I just waited patiently while they helped him out. It wasn't until I stepped closer to the counter and looked at the free candy that they finally welcomed me. Mind you, the place isn't very big. Anyhow. After about 10-15 mins, one of them finally helps me. It was a simple plate change and the service was quick and smooth- no issues. They said they'd would call me when they had the A-okay from the DMV and it happened the next day. Super fast delivery. I appreciate the quick turnaround and contact the next day. I went back- picked up the paperwork and sticker and good to go. Price was decent. I'd probably go back. They have pretty normal business hours too/ which is nice.

I walked in during the week in the afternoon and was helped within a couple of minutes since only one person was in front of me. He let me know right away that it was check or cash or a credit card so I went across the way to the gas station to grab cash which was super easy and convenient to not have to get back in the car to find an atm. I walked back in and my name was called right away and Nigel was able to process my payment and even help me update my address in just 5 minutes. I love that you get the registration sticker right away and the paper registration so you don't have to wait to get it in the mail. Overall it was a 5 star experience - if you have AAA I highly recommend.
