I wasn't in a rush but I feel that's just common courtesy for businesses. They looked busy so I just waited patiently while they helped him out. It wasn't until I stepped closer to the counter and looked at the free candy that they finally welcomed me. Mind you, the place isn't very big. Anyhow. After about 10-15 mins, one of them finally helps me. It was a simple plate change and the service was quick and smooth- no issues. They said they'd would call me when they had the A-okay from the DMV and it happened the next day. Super fast delivery. I appreciate the quick turnaround and contact the next day. We have used AAA Smog several times. They switched owners but they still offer the same great customer service as before. All the employees are knowledgeable. Corinna helped over the phone and with registration. The manager Sam helped as well. I was also helped by another female staff member who helped me with my smog I didn't catch her name. She was polite and had to explain to me that I had to drive 50 miles more to be qualified for the smog test. There was an extra fee for this. You have to pay for the smog and registration separately. You have to pay extra to get your registration here but to me it's worth it. You get it right away and don't have to wait for it in the mail.

It took us a while to find out where exactly it was (on the second floor facing that busy street.) The person I was with needs a cane to get around and the stairs were a challenge for her.
