Fantastic Service... 5 Stars!!! I recently bought 3 older dual sport motorcycles that came out of state and I went to Kali and they handles everything for me. It was NOT an easy thing to transfer these bikes to CA and get plated and put in my name but Fabi jumped through all of the red tape and hurdles for me and got me all dialed in with registration, off road stickers and registration and titles all I my name. They were super friendly and responsive and I highly recommend using them for all your auto registration needs. They are 1000 times nicer and better than having to go to the DMV. Do yourself a favor and call Fabi she is amazing read more

RE-giving 5 starts. Over the past 2 years Kali has been helping me on 2 quite complex registration issues I was facing (out of state motorcycle and a "scrapped" trailer). Staff members are so nice, efficient and friendly. They work hard for you; they will spend time on your case, get the job done and ensure you are satisfied! I always get amazing follow-ups (they do call back and give you updates). Very very reasonably priced for the quality of service. I'll keep using Kali registration, always! read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE- actually, no service at all. I would give negative (-5) stars, if it were an available rating on Yelp. I called to get more info, the phone was answered w/"Thank for calling, can you please hold"? Of course, I'll hold, offices are busy- my office is busy, so I understand and empathize. 22 minutes later, and NOT EVEN a- "we'll be right with you" or any acknowledgement at all that I had been waiting for nearly a half-fucking-hour. I hang up and call back, guess what? Another- "Thank you for calling can you please hold?" Before I can tell the rude broad that, "NOPE, I was on hold for 22 minutes", she puts me back ON HOLD!!! I call back again, and the broad is super annoyed. I hung up her. Bottom line- I contacted this place to get my vehicle registered. I have REAL MONEY to spend, which will now be spent at another agency w/ decent customer service skills and who will actually pick up the phone to TALK, rather than say, "Can you please hold?" and then ignore the caller until closing time. I find that very lazy and shitty business practice. BY FAR-WORST SERVICE. Suggestions to this crappy place- get some training in customer service, make sure employees know it's not okay to ignore calls an HOUR before closing time, and ensure they know/understand operation hours and what that means. read more

I had the best experience in getting a vehicle re-titled and transferred today. Like many people i don't look forward to dealing with DMV paperwork. The car that I was buying was in the Vista area. I live about 50 miles from this business, but after my experience today I would be very likely to drive the distance to go there again because they know what they're doing , they're efficient and extremely pleasant to work with. Thank you for making my day better ! read more

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE HEALTH. Worker was not wearing mask. Very small enclosed space. Packed full of people NOT wearing masks. I would have had my transfer done here but had to leave. Another customer sitting nearby was snorting and wiping her nose and obviously sick. NASTY place because of the workers. This was on 7/27/20. The lady's desk had no plexi glass. She wasn't wearing a masks,,,Nasty dirty place! Eww,,, I feel bad for a couple of the people who went in wearing masks like decent, intelligent community members. Too bad that this business has no care for their own community! Sad! read more

I've used this office on several occasions and have found Fabiola to be fantastic! Thank you, I look forward to the next pain free licensing experience. read more

I came out with new license plates in under 30 minutes! They were very helpful and honest with pricing. Make sure you come in with your title, smog inspection, and required dmv paperwork. They take card. They charge a fee for getting your license plates same day. Its cheaper if you don't mind them sending your paperwork to the dmv for processing on their end but I just paid the fee and got mine same day. They said its about 4 weeks to get my title in the mail, so thats the only thing im waiting on! I definitely recommend coming here. read more

I had mixed expectations when I read the reviews on Yelp, but decided to give Kali a chance. I am so glad that I did. Super nice, easy to talk to and helpful! I didn't feel rush and I felt heard. I needed CA plates and registration. It was the easiest thing and quick. I got my plates and registration on the spot. I will be coming back here every year for an easy, frustration free auto registration. read more

If you dont want to go to the dmv this is the place to go. They get everything done quick for a small fee.

This is the place to go for your dredded car registration needs. We were in and out in 10 minutes. The process was painless and pleasant. Friendly service that you will not find at the DMV. We will definitely be back! read more

This Place Rules ! They handle all of my DMV transactions !!! Love Kali Auto Registration !

Highly recommend for your DMV needs. No waiting, good prices and fast service. I had a complicated registration issue and they handled no problem. No more DMV lines for me read more

Kali Auto Registration put me at a big risk of paying thousands of dollars in taxes for auto transfer. Not only has the process itself been ongoing for almost two months right now, but they also provided incorrect information to the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration so now I need to re-do the paperwork. After discussing this with them, Kali Auto explained they tried to shortcut the process and skip some steps in the transfer while I never requested so. Very disappointing experience, I don't recommend this business, they put me at big risk, and now I need to spend even more time to get this back on track. read more

Órale!!!! This us the bomb. Homegirls hooked it up right savings me all kinds of time. The fee ain't no thing to the conveniences!!!!

The two young ladies at Kali Auto Registration were so sweet and quick! I had a very expired registration and didn't even notice it. I called ahead of time to see how long the process is going to take.. She said about 5 minutes, which was right. Totally worth paying a little extra than going to the DMV! An expired registration is crazy expensive, but that's my fault.. Thank you ladies for the great service!! read more

So fast easy and price was worth it! Way better than going to the DMV to show proof of smog only .

We've gone here for the last three years. They get the job done and without the long lines of the dmv.

Great service! Fabiola has a lifetime customer for all registration services! I am here at least once a week transferring and registering vehicles and off highway toys. Never had a bad experience. read more

I have never experienced a fast and friendly place where I got my registration done in a timely fashion. I really like that they're very cautious with their precautions due to COVID. Very clean and tidy place they're running here, the nice lady behind the desk has hand sanitizers spread out around for you to use. I will most definitely be coming back here they have earned my business. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Kali Auto you've saved me a lot of time rather than to wait for the DMV! read more
