I wasn't in a rush but I feel that's just common courtesy for businesses. They looked busy so I just waited patiently while they helped him out. It wasn't until I stepped closer to the counter and looked at the free candy that they finally welcomed me. Mind you, the place isn't very big. Anyhow. After about 10-15 mins, one of them finally helps me. It was a simple plate change and the service was quick and smooth- no issues. They said they'd would call me when they had the A-okay from the DMV and it happened the next day. Super fast delivery. I appreciate the quick turnaround and contact the next day. I went back- picked up the paperwork and sticker and good to go. Price was decent. I'd probably go back. They have pretty normal business hours too/ which is nice.

So I walk in and the lady to the left greeted me and said she would be right with me. 30 minutes later I'm still sitting there so I simply asked how much longer she thought it would be, she then replied probably a lot longer. I asked if I should make an appointment to come back she simply stated we don't do appointments and continued talking to the person that she was helping. Before leaving I asked if her name was Naija, which is the name on the card I received from my referral. She just stated her name was Jessica and kept talking to the lady that she was helping. Case in point, you'll get better service at the DMV. And a message to the owner, if you intend for your business to grow get rid of Jessica.
