Thought I'd check out a local small business that does DMV stuff so stopped in here. As I walked in, both the staff were busy helping one person and minus one star for not taking a minute to welcome me in- didn't say, I'll be with you in just a moment. I wasn't in a rush but I feel that's just common courtesy for businesses. They looked busy so I just waited patiently while they helped him out. It wasn't until I stepped closer to the counter and looked at the free candy that they finally welcomed me. Mind you, the place isn't very big. Anyhow. After about 10-15 mins, one of them finally helps me. It was a simple plate change and the service was quick and smooth- no issues. They said they'd would call me when they had the A-okay from the DMV and it happened the next day. Super fast delivery. I appreciate the quick turnaround and contact the next day. I went back- picked up the paperwork and sticker and good to go. Price was decent. I'd probably go back. They have pretty normal business hours too/ which is nice. read more

Fast and easy! Stopped by to transfer the title on a Craigslist purchased van. Amy completed the work in less than 10 minutes. Yes, she is running a business and charges a $53 fee to do this. But, as a busy Mom with 2 kids under 6, I don't have the time, energy, or patience for the DMV...ASAP auto to the rescue! Happy to pay and support a woman business owner. Do you like spending 2 hours in the DMV? Do you like having an appointment and STILL have to wait like everyone else? Waiting in line at the DMV is like trying to get a BLACKFRIDAY special at Walmart, except there's not deals to be had. That said, I like to spend my time else where so I decided to check this place out. Walked right in and Amy was there to get my registration renewal completed along with the NRM form. I knew this would have taken me hours to complete at the DMV, so I thought heck, Ill pay the $30 fee to get this done quickly. She didn't disappoint. I was in and out within 20 mins (could have been faster but the DMV server was slow as well). Go my renewal and went about my day. They say, "time is money." I love this place! I know that sounds weird because it does cost extra rather than going to DMV website. But, I let my registration lapse and went BACK to ASAP after they helped me with the same issue with my daughter's car. Two in a row! It's been a battle to keep up, what can I say. This was simple, easy, & an immediate fix, they know what they're doing & are kind & friendly. I needed to transfer a car title so I headed to the dmv. I saw the line and knew I was going to wait for at least an hour, perhaps even two. I then decided to skip the long wait and head to Asap Auto Registration( found them on yelp). Amy was very helpful and friendly, not to mention quick. The whole process took around 10 minutes (maybe even less). The service was very reasonably priced, considering the time I saved.
