Barb has registered a few out of state cars for me, all pre 1960 cars, and all have been registered withing days after handing over documents needed. I plan on giving her a call soon to help register an older Mercedes for me. Highly recommend! read more

This woman can help you, guide you and answer your DMV questions that normally you'd have to wait in line for. Oh, she is also dog friendly. Her office is eclectic. Her knowledge is amazing. She knows everything. read more

Never answer phone or return phone calls...went to business several times...never been open during stated business hours after several attempts read more

Updating cuz they're hours are few and the last time I called and left a msg about services- I got no call back. I even tried going in person but it was after hours- so it was a fail. I went elsewhere instead with loooong hours and excellent customer service. Check out Dulce's Services on Felicita Ave instead. read more

Barb helped me out when all hope seemed lost, I was transferring a car title from out of state through probate. It looked like I was going to have to go to Chicago to file paperwork in person, instead we left it up to Barb and she took care of everything. Couldn't be more grateful!!! read more

I can't sing enough praises for Barb's Registration. A relative passed in Illinois and I gave the car to a family member in California. California DMV wanted me to open a probate to transfer title. Illinois will not open probate for estates under valued. I was caught between a rock and a hard place. It took Barb almost 23 months but she did it. She is amazing and was a like a dog with a bone and would not give it up. read more

It's been months since I gave them my money to help me register a trailer, but I haven't heard back and they never return phone calls.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Spent several hours today with Barb transferring and registering an out of the country car, and out of state car, and several other in-state cars. All of them did not phase Barb. Very, very pleased with her and Marissa in the past. read more

Oh my gosh. Where do I start? One of my employees wanted to take a company pickup and a trailer to Mexico over Christmas. To get a Mexican travel permit and insurance, the paperwork, title, registration etc has to be perfect. Because of office computer issues I was unable to do what was needed. Then we found Barb. Pam went above and beyond making all the registration changes including drafting a letter so the Mexican permit/insurance people would accept our documents. It took a few trips to TJ and back to Escondido but Pam hung with us all the way! I cannot say enough about this business! read more

I want to give a BIG shout out to Barb for her attentiveness and kindness. She was so quick when helping me out.She even hand delivered my car registration! You Rock Barb!! read more

Barb is the best! Highly recommend! She has done our registration for 8 years & it is always a smooth process!

Very nice ladies! :) I went in to get a replacement registration sticker since I haven't received mine from dmv in like almost a month. I thought maybe the mail got lost?! Well so I came in to get a sticker and the ladies told me that I should wait another 2-3 weeks since there has been other cases where the dmv just takes extra long time. That was very honest and I really appreciate it! I'll be back if I ever need any registration services :) read more

We had to register a classic car we purchased from out of state. We were not looking forward to the long lines at the DMV and uncertainty of what we would need. Well, we were referred to Barbs Auto Registration Service and we will never go to the DMV to register a car again! We spoke to Ashley originally who helped us with what paperwork would be needed. At our appointment with Barb, shewas great! She took care of everything and had a registration and license plate for us the next day (due to DMV system was down the day we had our appointment). The appointment took 30 mins max and that was only because we sat and waited for the DMV system to come back up. Unless you enjoy spending hours in line, spend a little extra money for her fee and she'll handle everything for you. Thank you Barb and Ashley for your help! read more

Barb was absolutely amazing!! She answered my questions over the phone, had my registration renewed in 5 minutes, AND was able to give me tags right then and there!!! Her fee was $29 to process my particular transaction. I did not have to make an appointment. There is a waiting area, but the entire office is intimate and small... so you can hear everything. I DID NOT have to wait in a long DMV line, or wait for three hours!! So great! Note:They do close at 2 . Thank you so much!! read more

I don't know how you value your time, but if you think standing in line at the DMV is worth it, go ahead. As for me, I'd rather go to Barb and have her take care of it (on the spot in some circumstances). Six stars. read more

Totally blown away with the awesome customer service barbara provided me! I was desperate to get my registration and stickers done asap (same day) without going DMV , I went thru so many places before them and it was a total rip off, lies or bad service. Barbara was kindly enough to look for the right fees for my registration and title transfer, I was expecting to spend a lot of money but I ended up saving tons with her. Overall my experience was great and I will highly recommend this biz! Only tip here is that u get ready with cash or check to pay. Thanks Barbara! You Rock! read more

I'm a reg service in San Marcos. However, I highly endorse Barb's Service. When I was starting out, no one wanted to help me. However, when i reached out to Barbs Service, they were welcoming and helpfull. Thanks Ladies! read more

Messge to the owner if you say you will be in your office at a certain time then BE THERE if not call the client to let them know. Unprofessional and a waste of time, by the way my husband stopped by twice and the place was closed. read more

They charge $99 dollars to stand in line at the dmv for you...save your money and do it yourself!

Just transferred a vehicle title here. Couldn't be happier! Barb was very friendly and knowledgeable. In and out in less than 20 min! Never again will I wait in line at the DMV. WORTH EVERY CENT of the small fee she charges! read more

People who are complaining about the price, know that registration places charge higher fees so you don't have to stand in line. Bottom line, went there today, to register a vehicle, they were very helpful, and after all fees, title transfer fees, and everything, I paid $92 and was out the door. So it is very competitive price wise. Will return with other vehicles! read more

The service was great! The company I work for bought a used vehicle and she took care of all the paperwork the same day. I also had to get a new license plate and she did it at her office. No waiting in line at the DMV! I will definitely go to Barb for any DMV issues. read more

I had a GMC diesel truck that I had purchased online from Arizona, I also wanted to transfer my personalized plate over from my other truck. When I went to the DMV office they didn't even know where to start and I was exasperated with the whole deal. I contacted Barb's Auto Registration Service and made an appointment. I was so impressed with the knowledge that they offered me, there was hope :-) $70 later everything was taken care of... These gals are awesome, the time and effort they saved me was well worth their fee. As most of you are aware the Escondido DMV office is no more... I highly recommend Barb's Auto Registration Service to anyone registering a vehicle, especially if it is a complicated one like my truck. Thanks, Bart read more

Went here to get a title transfer completed. She completed everything in a few minutes. All o had to do was sign a couple signatures and pay. She only takes cash or check, so be prepared to pay in that way. So tremendously convenient! read more

My experiences have been great. I'm sure they did much more than stand in line for me. They provided necessary documents, and knew exactly what I needed. That being said, half or more of my day is well worth $99. I do appreciate them taking my place in line along with the paperwork side of things. read more

Barb has registered my last three vintage VW buses which were all out of state without one single issue. Very knowledgeable when it comes to DMV rules and regulations. I will continue to use and recommend Barb now and in the future. Thank you! read more
