I can't sing enough praises for Barb's Registration. A relative passed in Illinois and I gave the car to a family member in California. California DMV wanted me to open a probate to transfer title. Illinois will not open probate for estates under valued. I was caught between a rock and a hard place. It took Barb almost 23 months but she did it. Oh my gosh. Where do I start? One of my employees wanted to take a company pickup and a trailer to Mexico over Christmas. To get a Mexican travel permit and insurance, the paperwork, title, registration etc has to be perfect. Because of office computer issues I was unable to do what was needed. Then we found Barb. Pam went above and beyond making all the registration changes including drafting a letter so the Mexican permit/insurance people would accept our documents. We had to register a classic car we purchased from out of state. We were not looking forward to the long lines at the DMV and uncertainty of what we would need. Well, we were referred to Barbs Auto Registration Service and we will never go to the DMV to register a car again! We spoke to Ashley originally who helped us with what paperwork would be needed. At our appointment with Barb, shewas great! She took care of everything and had a registration and license plate for us the next day (due to DMV system was down the day we had our appointment). The appointment took 30 mins max and that was only because we sat and waited for the DMV system to come back up. Barb was absolutely amazing!! She answered my questions over the phone, had my registration renewed in 5 minutes, AND was able to give me tags right then and there!!! Her fee was $29 to process my particular transaction. I did not have to make an appointment. There is a waiting area, but the entire office is intimate and small... so you can hear everything. I DID NOT have to wait in a long DMV line, or wait for three hours!! So great! Note:They do close at 2 . Thank you so much!! read more

Totally blown away with the awesome customer service barbara provided me! People who are complaining about the price, know that registration places charge higher fees so you don't have to stand in line. Bottom line, went there today, to register a vehicle, they were very helpful, and after all fees, title transfer fees, and everything, I paid $92 and was out the door. So it is very competitive price wise. Will return with other vehicles! read more

I had a GMC diesel truck that I had purchased online from Arizona, I also wanted to transfer my personalized plate over from my other truck. Went here to get a title transfer completed. She completed everything in a few minutes. All o had to do was sign a couple signatures and pay. She only takes cash or check, so be prepared to pay in that way. So tremendously convenient! read more
