We have used AAA Smog several times. They switched owners but they still offer the same great customer service as before. All the employees are knowledgeable. Corinna helped over the phone and with registration. The manager Sam helped as well. I was also helped by another female staff member who helped me with my smog I didn't catch her name. She was polite and had to explain to me that I had to drive 50 miles more to be qualified for the smog test. There was an extra fee for this. You have to pay for the smog and registration separately. You have to pay extra to get your registration here but to me it's worth it. You get it right away and don't have to wait for it in the mail.

I was able to pull up on my banking app to show that I have direct deposit and that my most recent paystub could be seen within the past 30 days. The lady was relatively cordial but she was very much by the book and so I gave her a star because I figured that she is just trying to do her job and not get fired. With that said, I would not recommend coming here. I have had the best experiences at * (1) "Advance America" in Poway * (2) Fast Auto Loans" in Escondido * (3)"Payday Money Centers" in Clairemont & Escondido The first two places will loan you $255 for $300 but (3) only lent me $100. I handed over the cash and she pulled my shiny registration sticker out of the drawer and stapled it to my receipt and paperwork. Three minutes and $25 was well worth avoiding the DMV when you are in a time crunch. The next time I forget to mail in my paperwork on time, I'll be cruising over here.
