The douche bag that was working on Friday May 8 wasted my time. I came in and stood at the doorway for about five minutes and when he switched customers, I kindly asked him if they accepted walk-ins. He said yes, they do, but I must wait for my turn. It was a little bit of a rude reply, but it didn't bother me. I waited for him to go through two more customers when he finally asked me how he could help me. I told him I needed a fingerprint scan for a specific license. He said he didn't know what form to give me and he couldn't help me. That conversation took about 10 seconds and it could've happened when I walked in the door, not after waiting there for over 15 minutes. That really pissed me off. I came here to take my passport photo for a Canadian passport and it was so quick and easy. Canadian passport regulations are different and the sizes are different and they did it all quickly and correctly. I do wish they would have let me seen my photo prior and asked if I wanted to retake as I absolutely hated the one photo they took. And when I had my photo taken at Staples before they took a bunch and let me choose and then even redid them for me. The place is kind of tricky to get to just because of its location off of Balboa before it turns into garnett. And I don't think they have their own designated parking lot. I think we parked just in a public parking lot or it might have been the old Bank parking lot. I'm not sure but we were fine there for 15 minutes. The price was pretty good as well. I think I paid around $25 for the two photos. I recommend this place if you want quick and efficient. read more

I needed a live scan for school and Magali was very helpful. After looking around different places, they were one of the cheaper options (2 fbi fingerprints for $38). Magali was very nice and explained everything to me thoroughly since it was my first time. She was accommodating and helpful and made the process a lot easier. I called her ahead of time to ask for the price of a live scan + DOJ + FBI service (total $67 if you pay in cash... $69 if you pay with card). FAST SERVICE The whole process takes less than 15 minutes. PARKING This is the tricky part because the room is located upstairs in the building across from the Chase bank. I asked the lady and she said that I could just park in the Chase parking lot because you arent there for long anyway... but that made me a little nervous. Lucky, no ticket. DO NOT give these bozos your business! I set up an appointment for 10 lawyers to do live scan fingerprints. I scheduled it directly with the technician, who confirmed that she would be here at 9:00. It is 9:48. At no point has she reached out to explain. At 9:18 I started to call the business, no answer. I left a message and no response either. The whole point of having someone come out is to save time for the attorneys and we have accomplished the opposite of that. read more
