Easy St. was packed and we thought let's go to Friendly's. It will be our last time ever going. They weren't busy, the place was actually empty and the waitresses were all just standing around. That should have been our first clue to leave. Our waitress acted like she could care less that we were there. She never asked if anyone wanted refills or anything else to drink the entire meal, didn't bring someone's salad, didn't ask if anyone needed anything. We had to keep asking a bus boy to find our waitress. I had to send my meal back. Something was wrong with it. I didn't ask for it to be replaced. Just went without. Another person from our party was then up all night in the bathroom with an upset stomach. The prices have gone up which isn't new for any restaurant but costs up, portions down, tastes horrible and crappy service, that I won't do. Won't be back until there is new ownership. Where's Ray when you need him?! That's the only thing that might save this place.
