This was our first time at Arclight, and we had stopped by primarily because the Pizza Parliament food truck wasbin the parking lot. My husband and I each got a drink. He got the Soursmith Mango, while I got the pastrysmith. I liked his better (which is surprising because his had mango flavors and I typically dislike mango) and he liked mine a lot so we switched. There is a lot of space inside and a nice sized patio. With covid still a risk, Arclight is doing really well with keeping things safe and the amount of space they have definitely helps. They don't serve food here but they have food trucks regularly and you can bring the food in from the parking lot. That is ran fairly smoothly too, as you can go inside and enjoy a drink while waiting the time they give you before your food is ready. I can definitely see myself coming back to enjoy another drink and check out more food trucks. read more

Was a cute open brewery concert. To be honest, we tried quite a few options and the beer/sours weren't my favorite. The sours weren't very sour and tasted more like a juice (which i agree from a similar review). They were out of the ciders at the time which was a bummer. The girl who helped us out there allowed us to try a bunch of different beers and sours. Pretty reasonably priced for what it was! They have lots of picnic tables and lots of options for seating outside. They don't serve food here, but they allowed us to bring in outside food which was a huge plus. They have a wall full of board games which was much appreciated for a big group of people. Very fun and can see how this is a local favorite. read more

Went here as they appeared to have quite a good selection of sour beers and seltzers. Unfortunately the sour beers were not sour at all and were more like a juice. In addition they had flavored seltzers, but in actuality it was seltzer from a tap with some flavoring squirted in the glass. If I knew this ahead of time I would not have ordered it. Cool atmosphere. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We played board games, while there was a group outside playing bocce ball. Looking forward to going back and bringing friends. The brewery is very spacious with indoor and two outdoor seating locations on sight. There is tap list that i have posted and can change when you visit. The flights are located below and you have plenty of options to pick from. The indoor seating is arranged in elongated picnic table with sofas and long bar top. There is also seating outside with individualized tables and bocce play area. inside you will also find arcade machines. This location does not serve food they have snack options but that will be all. If you are planning to eat call ahead and see if there is a food vendor outside there is likely on the weekends. The other option is to bring food or eat before coming to this location. Location was cleaned and staff was helpful even though they had party going on when i visited. read more

We discovered Arclight a few weeks ago and have already been back since our initial visit. On our first visit, we ordered a flight to sample a variety of beers. My husband loves a good porter and was skeptical of the snickerdoodle - don't pass it up, it's a must try! The snickerdoodle flavor definitely comes through and is actually well balanced with the porter. Another favorite was the Cherry Wit - you know it's good if my husband is drinking a pink beer! Our second trip was for the Opus Kriek we saw posted on Facebook - the American sour with cherries was worth the drive! I can honestly say it's one of the best sours I've had with a great balance of tart cherry flavor. Arclight does serve food, but has some snacks available (chips, nuts, chocolates). They do partner with area food trucks and both time we visited, the Baja Gringo Taco truck was there serving up some tasty tacos. Great patio for outdoor seating with a spacious interior with bar seating and large shareable picnic tables. There isn't much in Watervleit, but this place is worth the drive! read more

This brewery is very unique! Would highly recommend. They have several different types of beers including sours. All of their beers were very tasty! Most breweries have a few "rockstar" beers and the others are mediocre. Not at Arclight! We had an "Elvis stout" that had a honey-peanut garnish on the rim. So fun-never seen that type of presentation for beer! They have a black cherry sour that is absolutely delicious too. We had several lighter beers and IPA's-all were very good. You can bring your own food but they did have a food vendor in a tent the day we visited. Everybody was raving about the food! You can bring your dog here too on the patio which we did- so much fun! I have officially found one of my new favorite hang out spots. We passed by and I knew I had to try the place as soon as I saw that they had not only 1 outdoor patio, but 2! The place is very spacious and I love the industrial vibe. The place has arcade games and super laid back vibe. There is a great outdoor patio in back with an area for games and lounging. The inside has huge tables, bar stools and more. Great selection of beers. I tend to lean more towards beer with a lower IBU and came home with a growler full of Arclight beer! Great place and great service. I like that they have various options of sizes as well as flights. They come in 6oz, 14oz, and a 20oz for most of their beers. My husband and I were just in to try their sours! I'm not a huge beer drinker but I had a strawberry banana hard smoothie which was so yummy! My husband loved his sour also! The only reason we did not stay to have more is because there was an awful fruit fly problem. They were everywhere, but specially all on the back of the tap wall. The tap wall was also discolored and dirty by the catch tray and even underneath. We wanted to drink more and even started a tab but after one drink we had to go we were pretty grossed out. Highly recommend the drinks but not the flys. read more

Pretty cool brewery with decent amount of seating, you can sit indoor or outdoor. Pretty good amount of choices and their growlers are cheap (howlers they call them, same amount of beer). Cool little brewery up near Coloma, MI (actually only one I think) Lotsa space to sit inside and out, plus it had arcade games inside, and a bocce ball court outside. Lots of beers to choose from, from many styles, I tried the fire lake, plum crazy, and moe's ipa, plus got a six pack of citra sun to go. Moe's was my favorite of them. They only serve bar snacks but there was a food truck outside that had a good menu. I just got cheese fries from them. Service was fast, parking was easy, definitely worth checking out if you're up in the area and you like craft beer. read more

My main reason for wanting to check out this brewery was because of their logo. They have a great logo that stood out from other breweries at beer festivals, so I always made it a mental note to drive out to check them out sometime. I drove the hour to Arclight in hopes of an awesome time and I was not disappointed. The brewery is basically in the middle of no where, but a great small town feel. The arrangement inside is like that of cafeteria seating but with upscale wood construction. There are high tops for smaller parties to enjoy their beer, but unfortunately no food is served here. The tap list when I was there was a decent amount with a full range of different styles. My friend and I ordered a flight. Be careful the flight pours are 4oz, so when you order two size beers it can end up being quite a bit of alcohol before your drive back home. I wan't disappointed in any of the beers I tasted. I am not much of a hoppy beer drinker but always willing to try them. They seemed to be great for what they were, just not my style. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. There is some great outdoor seating inside and out to please the masses. Oh and they definitely get bonus points for the bathroom signs displaying the gender shaped like male and female stormtroopers. They definitely have their own unique personality which always makes my heart extra happy. read more

We visited them a few months ago when the weather was warm and they had their large garage door rolled up so that the outside was the inside... Pretty cool. The place is an old car dealership just at the north end of town and is pretty large to fill with things to make it look like a pub. The actual brewing area is pretty classy but the common area was a little drab. The beer is not bad but needs some honing to appeal to the folks visiting. The kids beverages are homemade as well and not badly prices if you stop in with them. They have an outside seating area that appeals to me if I'm trying to unwind a bit but there isn't any food to speak of so don't come hungry. I think with some more time under their belt they will be successful in Watervliet. read more

We've been touring MI breweries and this was a favorite and def worth the detour. It's super big with lots of seating. They have a super cute outdoor patio and lots of games - board and arcade. The owners served us and they were so nice and welcoming. The beer was unique and tasty - I got the Snickerdoodle and the glass was lined with cinnamon sugar. Yum!! This is a great brewery. The outdoor area is perfect and the whole place has a comfortable atmosphere. I tried a flight and all of the beers were delicious. My favorites were the Arclight cream ale and the cherry wit. They have snacks available and there was someone making ribs on-site. There was cornhole, bocce ball, and fire pits outside. I would love to come back and see what it looks like at night. Staff was friendly and attentive. Only negative was that the price for a flight was much higher than the usual at other breweries.. $15 for 6 4-5 oz pours. Definitely worth making a stop at! read more

Great beer and terrific hangout. I had the pleasure of hanging out at Arclight on a recent sunny Saturday afternoon. First off, Arclight's beer selection is large, eclectic and very tasty - they know their craft well. My favorites were the ESB and IPA although the shandy was pretty good on a hot summer day. The Brewery's tasting room is large with plenty of space both inside and out. The staff is friendly and the BYOF policy is an added bonus. Arclight is very close to South Haven and is a must stop for a pint and a growler to go on your next visit to Michigan. read more

This was just an out of the way stop on our way to New Buffalo and it was worth the trip! The beer was excellent and the ambiance was open and modern. Took quite some time before we could get service, even sitting at the bar but I was glad we did. I was blown away by the quality and taste of all the beers I tried overall. Very, very glad we stopped in on our trip. Too bad they had no inventory of the shirt I wanted (bummer but they didn't seem to care much), cause I would have repped em elsewhere but hey, the beer was good and I was happy to try it.
