I reached out to the brewery, and Mike Christensen got back to me almost immediately. He actually came out to my house the next morning, diagnosed the issue (missing gasket on the CO line), installed a full CO tank, upgraded my coupler--and refused to take any payment. He just said, "Enjoy the beer--we stand behind what we sell." Incredible service and even better people. Final Gravity goes above and beyond, and I wish more companies operated like they do.
