Onto the food; Bacon pizza - My boyfriend is a Bar pizza connoisseur, and his review stands as follows "Solid Pie". MY thoughts however are more descriptive. This pie was actually different than I had expected, even at first glance. The crust was THIN - almost paper like, a slice was a bit floppy when it was HOT but as it cooled it held up super nicely. One thing this restaurant has down is handling greasy ingredients, despite being a bacon pizza it was one of the least greasy bacon slices he's ever ordered. Topping portions were also great. Adult Grilled cheese - this sandwich was phenomenal. The pulled pork was well seasoned, and tender. It wasn't overly greasy which was delightful, given its barbecue and cheese filled nature. The sourdough was a delicious and thoughtful combination since the crispy outside kept the sandwich together and added a nice crunch while the inside soaked up the melty cheese and barbecue sauce. The sweet potato fries were also good, plus there was a good mix of soft and crunchy fries. WOULD AND WILL COME BACK AGAIN!

My friends and I haven't seen each other for a while so we were using this time to catch up and our waitress was really great and didn't rush us at all. To drink all three of us ordered the Prosecco that is on tap. We all enjoyed it. For dinner I ordered a Caesar salad with swordfish. The salad was really great and they make a homemade dressing, but the swordfish was a bit dry, although it was seasoned very nicely. I couldn't finish it because it was overcooked. I've been to Brew Fish several times and I'll definitely be back.

Service was barely ok, bartender was friendly but not terribly attentive, did not have the feel of a pro. I ordered a pizza because there were few entrees and nothing interested me. (I did find out later that there were specials but bartender failed to inform me) my pizza took approximately 30 minutes maybe less but it seemed as though it was far too long considering there were only 3 people in dining room and the people at bar eating had already had their food in front of them when I ordered. When it finally arrived it was oily and virtually inedible. I seriously doubt I will be back. Which is too bad because even though I rarely came here, I could always count on it being quiet and easily get a spot at the bar

Dinner was only average and service - at least when we went - was on the slow side. Wouldn't bother with the dessert menu. Calamari was average, oysters lacked brine, honey beer haddock was pretty good. If you like it relaxed and slow paced - it may be for you.

We also got the fisherman's platter, which was excellent. The scallops and shrimp were especially tender, fresh, and perfectly cooked. And what a cool place! The building itself is gorgeous, with huge vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, plus a great bar where we really enjoyed our cocktails. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Then there's the setting, complete with a dock and gazebo. Great seafood, great drinks, beautiful space, genuinely friendly people. Warren's Harborview feels like one of those special Massachusetts spots you're really happy you found. Easy five stars.

The clam chowder had noticeable clumps of cornstarch, which was particularly unappetizing. My Caesar salad was also disappointing--the sourdough croutons were more like small bread crumbs than actual croutons. Our server did come by to ask about the food after it was initially served, which we appreciated, but overall the service and atmosphere didn't make up for the lackluster meal. The dining room door was propped open during our visit, and it was quite drafty and uncomfortable. Nothing was terrible on its own, but taken together, the food, atmosphere, and overall experience were just...blah. We expected more from Rye Tavern and unfortunately left disappointed.
