He tailors each of my workouts so that they not only feel fresh, but also feel like I'm really working out the intended muscle groups. When it came to my nutrition I always thought that lower calories was the key. He taught me about reverse dieting, where I had to really up the calories and gain a little weight so my body could get to a better place. From there I was able to start losing weight in a healthy way and I feel great. The gym he has is always clean and the equipment is well kept. It's a great environment with a really cool music set up to keep you motivated during the harder workouts. I highly recommend Daniel in the Reno/Sparks area. It's well worth it.

I've yet to work with another trainer that had as much knowledge as Daniel. At the start of our partnership I had several injuries that he had to work around. He did so marvelously. He pushed me when I needed to be pushed but also listened when I expressed a concern. He rotated training plans so that I had gains and hit all aspects of my workout goals including balance, agility, progressive overload to build muscle, and stamina.

A combination of yoga with weights in a hot room will really get your heart rate up! I started taking yoga classes at YogaSix last year and have loved every single class. I have had several different instructors and all have been knowledgeable, supportive and inspiring. There are a variety of classes to take for all different levels. The room is heated at different temperatures depending on the class you're taking - so if you are taking a class that is 100 degrees+ I HIGHLY recommend you hydrate before your class. I love that the studio is dimly lit with various colors depending on the portion of the class you are at. I have a high sensitivity to light so I definitely appreciate this. The studio is always clean and the instructors and staff always friendly with a welcoming smile. YogaSix is a franchise and has an app that syncs to your watch & phone to keep track of your classes, sign up for classes, and check in among other things. Great & convenient feature to keep track of your progress. At the end of your class you are given a cold wet towel to cool you down from your workout. Definitely recommend if you want to check out a studio in the area!
