There's a lot of turnover which makes it hard to leave your Littles in such uncertainty. The workout is fantastic for all levels of athletes. The owner Rebecca works tirelessly to create a community within the community to support and motivate each other. It seemed a bit confusing, but everyone else that were regulars looked confident in their choices so I'm sure once you start attending more, you will know where you want to start. The class I went to was a combination of rowing, tread, core and weight lifting. I liked the idea of 'switching stations' after a certain amount of time. Since I was new, the instructor reviewed everything with me at the beginning of class. There is some simple math to do when you get up to the tread, but I was able to figure it out rather quickly. Classes are an hour long and then there is a stretching portion afterwards. I got a great workout in. It's not really my type of workout, but I'm glad I tried it!

The energy they bring to the room and the workouts is amazing; every single workout that I attend is a challenge and I can always slow things down if I'm having an off day. Each instructor has their own element of fun and personality. Another point is that this location is highly involved in the community. They have 90 minute hero classes that honor first responders. They just donated an incredible amount of food these past few weeks and this month they're collecting kids' Jammie's to donate. I highly recommend joining but you better not steal my spot in class!
