She is super professional, greets everyone with a smile and is really helpful. Actually, when I first joined I had several negative interactions with staff (to include a Supervisor), so I have mostly avoided FC Staff. Lately though, my experience has been more positive. I come to many of the Zumba classes with Minette, Sarah and Joy. All are high energy and really fun. I also recently tried the new Hyrox Complete class and loved it.

Walking almost every day wasn't enough to keep me fit and it became obvious motivation to work on my overall health and fitness was necessary. My trainer at Performance EDU (Collin LaPorte) has the experience and training to help me work on various parts of my body, focusing on different muscle groups each session. My best friend has been working out here for two years so this recommendation comes from her as well. Watching all the different fitness coaches here work with people who have varying degrees of endurance and goals reassures me that they all are capable at what they do. The same facility houses a Physical Therapist business, which I personally have not used but my friend has and notes how both the PT's and fitness coaches communicate and work together for the well being of each client.

All the ladies are great instructors and it makes lifting more fun with the music. And it is also difficult and get for muscle endurance! They recently added Yoga which is a nice addition for a gym to not have to pay extra from the membership or go to a separate place to get Yoga classes.

Seven months in and it's everything I was expecting…read more I tried HOTWORX during the Elite Experience in July and really liked the combination of infrared saunas and variety of work outs available. I actually find myself getting up early on my days off to go to Hotworx for the yoga. During the week I enjoy going right after work. The times are convenient since it all runs on continuous loops 24/7. The infrared saunas warm you deep inside, allowing the muscles to have less strain and more motion. You begin sweating in the first five minutes. Bye bye toxins. There's enough variety to keep you interested and motivated. Besides the 10 saunas there is a small gym area equipped with various weights. Most of the time whether it's just the times I pick, I'm usually the only one in the saunas. The facility is available 24/7. Staffed hours are posted. There are several security items in place for unstaffed times - hall lights dim if no one moves in the hall for 20 minutes, only members can enter with special app on their phone, and there are two panic buttons available to take with you in a sauna. The app allows me to check availability of saunas and times to book two days out. It also records sessions and calories burned. Give it a try.

I've significantly improved my flexibility, which has greatly reduced my everyday aches and pains, including a persistent back problem I struggled with for a long time. I've also noticed a big improvement in my VO2 max by consistently using their hot cycle sessions -- they're challenging but incredibly effective. Another thing I love is how much stronger I've become. When I first started the Buns class, I had to do it without the bands because I was so weak in that "department," but over time I steadily built strength and progressed to using more and more resistant bands. It's been so rewarding to see that growth. On top of the amazing results, I really appreciate how clean the facility always is. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and supportive, and the 24-hour availability works perfectly with my schedule. It seemed a bit confusing, but everyone else that were regulars looked confident in their choices so I'm sure once you start attending more, you will know where you want to start. The class I went to was a combination of rowing, tread, core and weight lifting. I liked the idea of 'switching stations' after a certain amount of time. Since I was new, the instructor reviewed everything with me at the beginning of class. There is some simple math to do when you get up to the tread, but I was able to figure it out rather quickly. Classes are an hour long and then there is a stretching portion afterwards. I got a great workout in. It's not really my type of workout, but I'm glad I tried it!

The owner, Matt, was quick to respond when I gave the gym a call and provided amazing customer service! He even swung by the gym and introduced himself. Gym is fully equipped with several cardio machines (stairmaster, bikes, treadmills), free weights, benches, turf area, cable machines, resistance machines, two squat racks and much more. In addition, for an extra cost, you can have access to their Recovery Room which has infrared saunas, compression boots for lowerbody (I believe hips too), and massage guns. There are also small lockers that are available for use during your workout. The gym is very clean and all of the equipment is well-maintained. This is my first time at a privately owned gym and I can see why people lean towards em. If you're local, I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out and getting a membership. I will definitely be coming back here anytime I'm up here visiting! Thanks again, Matt!!
