We see families mainly in pairs cheering each other on. Even though there are less equipment than other locations everything is spaced out and it feels more homey in general. Members are polite in asking if you are done with equipment and some will even be friendly enough to let you know how much beefier you are getting. The staff is great with communication. From day 1 we emailed back and forth about location specifics and promotions. The trainer that we signed up with was great and was not aggressive in trying to sell personal training sessions and things of that nature. We have even asked about other nearby gyms that specialized in other types of training, and the manager was nice enough to give ideas. The office area has the local homeopathic magazines which I like to take home for reading. The gym is also well ventilated, fairly clean, and all emergency necessities are easily spotted. There has been recent renovations made to better accommodate floor based workouts. We appreciate the convenience of the location and how relieved we are to unwind here after a hard workday!

Feels like one piece of equipment is always broken, they lack equipment due to the size of this place. It's the smallest AF I've ever been to. Better off driving 10 minutes down the road to the other one on vista. In response to the owner's comment: yes you in fact do have my email and nothing is posted on your social media about the gym being closed this morning. Also, not everyone has social media. Didn't know until I got there and there was a sign on the door that it was closed. Just saying, the communication could be better. Maybe take some accountability for that.

Fast forward to this year and I found Club Pilates thanks to a one month certificate I won. I thought I'd only try it out until my trial membership ran out but I've continued afterwards. Yes, it's pricey but for someone who is extremely active and not into the regular gym vibe, the money is well worth it. I've seen so many results and have only been going twice a week since January. All of the instructors have been great. I know you aren't supposed to have favorites but Laura M. is by far one of my faves. During the session I was assigned one person trained in assisting the stretches. The staff are not trained physical therapists but staff who have trained for a certain number of hours in assisting stretches. They started off doing an assessment of me performing a full squat. I stood in front of a machine with a camera that indicated imbalances in body alignment. That helped the stretch assistant determine what stretches to focus on. We did a series of assisted stretches for my whole body. After only one session it is difficult to determine if this activity will help my body alignment or range of motion.
