Oh, and people trying to choke you or break your arm while you do the same to them. So what makes this gym worthy of a review? I'll tell you, person I just invented to ask that question. Training at this gym will save you roughly 2 hours of your life because you won't have to spend it in your car driving to Reno. That's where the next closest gym where you can learn to choke someone that's trying to choke you. So basically if you are sitting at home alone, illegally downloading episodes of Empty Nest but you would like to meet some new friends and get a body that feels like marble covered in suede this is the place for you.
