We decided to go with Valley RV Supercenter, not because they offered the highest price, but because after multiple conversations with Nate Weeldreyer in the sales department, I felt he would be the best to work with, and I wasn't wrong. Speaking with Nate I could tell he cared about his clients and was proud of the dealership. He was quick to respond to our questions. offered helpful advice, and always followed up when he said he would. Ultimately they sold our RV in a very short amount of time. From start to finish, Nate walked us through the whole process. We couldn't be happier with our decision. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of buying or selling an RV to contact Nate at Valley RV Supercenter.

They had me drop it off the RV the last week of May - more than 3 weeks ago. It's been sitting there and has yet to have a diagnostic run on it so no parts have been ordered. WTHeck? Hey Valley RV. How about you schedule vehicles in a similar manner as any other repair shop. This is such a shawty way of doing business. The kicker is they aren't liable if anything were to happen to the RV while sitting on lot. I made it a different link.

It obviously had a tough life as a hunting rig (complete with spent shells in the storage bays). The thing was beyond filthy and evidently, (judging by the horrible smell) something had died months ago in the freezer. There were dings and dents and other issues sloppily covered with spray paint. Cigarette burns and rips in the upholstery were other nice "features". I felt like I needed a shower after being in it. A colossal waste of my time because the staff (owner) couldn't be up-front about the condition. I wouldn't buy anything from someone who would present a rig like this with a straight face...

From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we knew we had picked the right place! The office staff was friendly and had our paperwork in hand, They were prepared for our appointment and we were quickly looking at our list of issues with their professional, skilled technician, Jason. He knew his stuff and went through our list either correcting issues or explaining how things work in the trailer. Jason was patient when we asked follow up questions and did not make us feel rushed at all. We had expected to leave the trailer with them, but everything on our list was addressed and we were on the road, with our trailer, in about an hour. No charge. Wescraft's solid customer service and skilled employees earned our business for future repairs and maintenance on our RV trailer.

My wife and I had an extremely disappointing experience here, and the dealership completely wasted…read moreour time. Throughout the week, we had been communicating directly with Kevin (the owner) about a used Lance 1172 truck camper. We exchanged multiple emails, photos, and details to make sure it was worth making the one-hour drive to inspect it. On Friday, the day before our visit, we confirmed that we would be coming down Saturday morning. We arrived around 9:30 a.m., and Martha initially helped us with a few things. We then spent nearly two hours thoroughly inspecting the camper. Before making a purchase, we simply asked to have the camper hooked up to water so we could verify there were no leaks and confirm the water pump worked. At that point, Josh walked by and said, "You're wasting your damn time. You're not going to find anything." I replied that I simply wanted to verify there were no leaks and that everything functioned properly. He then said, "It's sold," and walked away with an attitude, ignoring me when I tried to confirm what he had just said. I went back to Martha to ask what was going on, and she confirmed that a deposit had been placed on the camper the previous day. My question was simple: if the camper already had a deposit on it, why weren't we told before driving an hour each way and spending two hours inspecting it? We had confirmed our appointment the day before, yet no one mentioned that the camper was no longer effectively available. Throughout the inspection, we also had to repeatedly ask for basic things such as the keys, the slide-out remote, and water to test the plumbing. The battery was dead, so we couldn't even start the generator. Every request felt like an inconvenience to the staff. The only bright spot was one employee who was polite, helpful, and appeared genuinely frustrated by how we were being treated. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. Poor communication is one thing, but allowing customers to spend hours inspecting a camper that already has a deposit--and then having an employee speak to them disrespectfully--is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will never do business with this dealership, and I cannot recommend it to anyone else.

Unsurprisingly, there's no Airstream dealers in Alaska - go figure. So we planned a trip down to WA & OR as soon as the hub could get a few days off. We went to a dealership in OR, but I was left feeling unsatisfied, and with many unanswered questions after leaving. We saw one other trailer from a private seller, and then decided to drive up to Airstream Adventures, Milton. I gave them a call in case we needed an appointment. I spoke to a most delightful young lady on the phone - yes, I'm talking about you Amanda Cook, who said we didn't need an appointment. We got to the dealership and found Amanda, and she's very professional, very knowledgeable, funny, pretty, and just fun to spend time with. She was super welcoming, extremely professional, she answered all of our myriad questions, and I just love her to bits. Anyway, needless to say, we now have our new trailer. This process was as easy as it was because of Amanda Cook, but i've also got to give honorable mentions to Carrie and Kelsey. The whole place is wonderful. Full access to all the trailers, which were all connected to power, so you could see the features. Not so in the Oregon showroom, which was more like a warehouse. Cold, dark and the trailers were locked. The staff lacked knowledge of the specs I was asking about and I left there feeling frustrated. The Milton showroom however - just beautiful, a nice coffee bar with a Keurig, and a good coffee selection, a fridge with bottled water, nice bathrooms, warm and well lit, very organized showroom. It was an absolute pleasure to spend our afternoon there. And we've had occasion to have to call back a few times, and you might think that after the sale is done, the customer service might be "less than" but that hasn't been the case. Amanda Cook is epic. She never seems like she's sick of taking my calls, and I've needed to call a few times. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. They fully earned their 5 stars.

Last spring/2025 we bought off the shelf a stock "cam only" replacement from the Portland store. It was supposed to pair up with our old monitor no prob, :( the counter fella was unaware the wireless-frequencies, cam-monitor, had changed from 2019-2025. Bryan at the Milton location got us into a new superior back up cam system. Matt in their service sector took the time to walk over and give us some helpful tips for install. May not seem worthy of a review but,, after this many years/experiences with Airstream,,, I'm gonna tell you that it's the little things that matter most sometimes. We had a lot of probs in past with long waits on service/repairs when the dealership was under a different ownership at the Auburn location. Because of that I had to learn to fix things myself,, which is usually about a 50/50 lol. Especially electrical. Customer service like that/ boosted confidence for future repairs or upgrades at the Milton location. PS Pic quality/features Brand-motion Cam system are "awesome". Also to note, the people at the sales desks are professional, non abrasive, respectful. From 28 years of a commission-only living myself I really appreciate that :) Thanks Again Jay and Victoria
