This past weekend, we checked out the outlet and were fortunate to find a nice brand new dresser for our home. Admittedly, some of the items here were banged up a bit so please make sure to triple check condition before committing to buy. I appreciate how the mover staff also loaded the dresser, which was quite heavy into our SUV. Knocking off one star though because the quoted price for delivery was almost $300 to north OC, which is a yikes price point if you ask me. I was quoted 2 weeks and that id receive a call to be kept in the loop, well a week had passed and I heard nothing so I paid them a visit..I was told I'd get another call (never got the first one)..never for the second one either so then I called and was told that due to the holiday (thanksgiving) it might be slowed down..another week went by and when I called I got different info..long story short there was a lot of miscommunication and lack of communication and I eventually paid them another visit and days later got a call saying my items were ready (mind you the manufacturer warehouse was only an hour away so I don't know why it took so long). Overall my bed was installed and I am completely in love! Best purchase I've made all year! I am in love with my Queen bed! The mattress is amazing and the bed accents my decor perfectly!
