This is the only place I have gone to to mail out any package over the past year, it's time I review them because every time I go, I'm greeted kindly, taken care of in a timely manner not rushed and leave thinking this is the best most relaxing little post office/mailing/shop ever! I have only worked with Justin as he has been there when I go, he's very professional and kind, and takes care of the shop/office so well. So convenient, and the prices are great when I mail stuff out. They're right smack in the middle of the Tustin marketplace so I can get my other errands done. Like I said if I can avoid the actual USPS office, then I will, and only come here to the postal annex from now on. Keep it up guys, we need more shops and good humans like you nowadays. read more

Located in the same huge area of Tustin Marketplace, it's on the same side as REI. Tustin Marketplace in general is pretty busy after 11am during Saturdays/Sundays, and this PostalAnnex+ is no exception. The parking spaces in front of PostalAnnex+ are limited, so you may need to park a little further and walk on over. The service has always been grade A+, excellent, and absolutely professional. Honestly, they completely describe true customer service, and I have never had any issues with this PostalAnnex+. I would absolutely recommend them for any of your shipping needs. Do note that postal annexes in general are going to be a bit more pricier than going to USPS, but I feel a bit more comforted coming to this PostalAnnex+ for my shipping needs. It's worth the prices, and it's not THAT much more expensive. Keep up the great work, guys! read more

Parents went to get digital photos done for DV-2025. They asked them for DIGITAL photos but people at the shop charged them and gave printed versions. So to get the digital version, my parents paid extra, spending nearly $60. My mom forwarded the digital photo that the postalannex people sent her and guess what?! The photos looked as if they scanned the printed versions and just converted them to JPG. They did not even crop them correctly - the pixels were off! One photo was 1209x1209 and the other was 1197x1209, but the allowed size for digital photo submission is min 600x600 and max 1200x1200. So they overcharged us and we can't even use the photos! We have to go somewhere else to retake them! JUST AWESOME! read more

Thank goodness for this place. I needed to get my fingerprints done for my livescan Asap. I went around 8:30am on a Monday and was out 15mins later. That 15mins included, fingerprinting, scanning my papers, then emailing me my papers for a small fee. I forgot to get the guys name, but he was super helpful and really nice. I recently needed a livescan/background check for a volunteer position. I have been fingerprinted so many times in the last 5 years for various job and volunteer positions, and only my recent experience at this specific unassuming Postal Annex #56 location has ever stood out as a positive experience. Dhiren Shah and Vishal Shah both went above and beyond in their efforts to help me get the appropriate livescan (DOJ is usually $20 and FBI check is $47, both is $67 which is unusual for volunteer positions). They called customer service twice and were patient as I waited to here back from my volunteer manager to confirm she wanted both checks completed. As I waited they were friendly, professional, and efficient. I can't vouch for the location's prices for their other services, but their customer service is excellent. Could use some more welcoming lighting and displays, but the greeting from the staff makes up for it :) read more

Postal Annex, for all your shipping needs and more, I can't think of any other place to come to. I've been coming here for about the past 2-3 years and every time I come, I'm greeted with a smile and a warm "Hi how may I help you today?" They have consistently helped me get out all my packages for Christmas and my friends' birthdays. They have affordable prices for shipping, they have boxes, sleeves that are themed to holidays/birthdays and even a sort of holiday cards and birthday cards to go along with it. Called to see if this location provided passport photo services. The gentleman who answered was professional, polite and pleasant. Arrived 10 minutes later and was greeted by Justin. What a nice man! Any owner or manager should be proud to have someone like this representing a business. My passport photos were done quickly, but not rushed. He had a mirror ready for use and was kind enough to offer a choice of which picture I wanted to use. I also had a stack of papers that needed to be shredded and I had been looking for a spot to have this done for some time. Justin handled everything so efficiently. Thank you, Justin.
