I am writing this review not because I have used their shipping services, but in hopes of bringing light to a very unpleasant interaction with an individual who works here (I am not sure if she is the store owner or an employee). In passing, this woman had the audacity to stop my husband and me on our way back to our vehicle. She asked if our car was the one parked in front of the store. Thinking someone had hit my car or that there was an emergency, I said yes. Instead, she stopped us just to tell us not to park there because it makes it difficult for her customers to bring in packages. I can absolutely understand and respect that request. I am always willing to accommodate others. However, it was the incredibly rude manner in which this lady approached us that was completely unacceptable. I apologized and let her know that there are absolutely no signs indicating that the parking spot is reserved exclusively for Postal Plus. She claimed they "plan on adding one in the future," but as it stands, it is public parking. If this individual treats random people in the community with this much disrespect, I can only imagine how she treats actual customers. First impressions matter, and this was a terrible one. read more

Whenever I have to mail something, I don't usually have to go far thanks to Postal Plus in Lake Elsinore Ca. It's really close to my house and I can pretty much mail anything from there. The staff are always really friendly too! read more

Go here only if you just. Nickel and dime you for anything. Had a UPS return that didn't have any fees. Somehow still ended up paying $2.50 for print out of the label and tape for the box. A standard UPS store wasn't supposed to charge me. read more

I have never had an experience at a post office, so disrespectful and rude as this place I went to go get a stamp and the lady in front of me had bought a stamp. Also the person at the cashier charge the woman in front of me $.65 for a stamp then when it was my turn, the lady charged me a dollar when I noticed I asked her why are you charging me a dollar when you charge the lady in front $.65? When I confronted her in Spanish, she looked very confused and said oh your Spanish OK $.65 I might be a white girl but still not cool!!! read more

I have had a box here for years and have, therefore, had the opportunity to see this team in action in every season and at every time of day. I've seen them handle abusive customers with patience and dignity and go out of their way to provide exceptional service to walk-ins looking to get their package shipped, bill paid or fax sent. Are there busy times when one must wait? Of course! Just like at the grocery. But the store is well and able staffed. I get a lot of packages. My health does not allow me to shop much so most of my purchases are made online and entrusted to their faithful care. FedEx, UPS, USPS, I have never had an issue. In fact, they often help me get my mail to my car. I am so glad I found this team and, in fact, just paid for another year in advance. I highly recommend them, whether for one service or a mailbox for months; a great team indeed. read more

On May 23 I took a large box to be mailed to POSTAL PLUS . I let the person on the counter to see it what was in side the box and she assured me that she will later tape the box securely to be shipped to the destination . Two weeks passed and the box still not arriving to shipped address ,I went back to asked them if they knew what happened to it , and they told me that USPS send massage that half way to destination they found the box all open and all the contentes which was valued over$400 missing . I am almost sure that the reason why I lost all the contents in the box is the the workers of POSTAL PLUS incompetent and unprofessional manner of closing and securely taping the box. read more

If you're planning on getting a po box here, you might want to try the post office instead if you get a lot of small packages or large packages. The employees gave me grief all the time about having too many packages or having packages that were too large. I lived in the Ortega Mountains so couldn't come down the mountain to check mail twice per week sometimes. I was evacuated from the Holy Fire in September, and I was still forced to take a large and heavy package, but very skinny box and put it my car where it stayed for a week because I couldn't go home until evacuations were lifted. I was yelled at by the employees when they were frustrated with me for having too many packages, I told them that I pay them for a service...they would talk in Spanish so I couldn't understand what they were saying about me behind my back. I'm just warning others that the post office is much cheaper and less hassle than Postal Plus in Lake Elsinore. I didn't have a good experience. I just wanted to let you know in case you were considering renting a po box. read more

I OVERNIGHTED by FedEx a diaper cake for a baby shower from here. I brought the diaper cake in and they helped me package the box. Of course the shipping cost was horrendous but when it wasn't received by my friend, I was even more horrified. After many calls to FedEx, a manager finally told me the package was CONFISCATED by police at the Ontario airport sorting facility for suspicion of narcotics! I was in disbelief! I begged FedEx to send the package and when it finally arrived in TN weeks later, it was completely dismantled and thrown back in the box. I went back to the Postal place and they were very rude and could not tell me anything. I would never recommend this place! read more

This place is horrible, they have no idea what customer service means.The 1st time I came in was about a month ago, the clerks were rude and refused to give me a receipt for a Fed Ex package I dropped off, they said no one keeps those receipts so we charge 50 cents to print one out, it was for work and I didn't have any change. Today I go inside again with a package, as I'm patiently waiting for my turn to ask where the fed ex outgoing pile was a different clerk asks me to just drop it and leave, I had other questions to ask and other things to mail. Apparently they don't like people using their place as a drop off place when you're pre~packaged. Save yourself the rude experience and go somewhere else. read more

Service was always decent here until I went in recently and was overcharged for priority mail which is supposed to be a flat rate. Apparently these postal stores can charge you whatever they want so buyer beware and go to shipping places that will charge you USPS shipping rates!!! I paid over two-three dollars more for postage than I should have. Thankfully someone referred me to "copy to go " which is just like a post office! read more
