I really wanted to give this place five stars but it's hard because they can't process Amazon returns with a QR code or label free shipping options from USPS. The employees here are always friendly and do a great job getting their lines down during peak hours. I like that they always stay open later than the post office and that they have a wide variety of services ranging from personal mailboxes to internet sessions. read more

They're a great convenient place to drop off packages if you're able to pay online and print your own labels, but don't ship here if you need them to print the labels!!! I shipped 3 packages, one of which was (supposedly!) a flat rate box, and for each of them was charged almost double the quoted amount I had looked up on the usps website beforehand. I have a scale at home so I know they weren't heavier than I thought, and had just looked up the prices right beforehand, so they should have been up to date. I understand that they're a business and a small surcharge would be acceptable, but almost double the cost is ridiculous! read more

I only have good things to say about the staff and the service here. The employees have always gone above and beyond for me with every encounter. I always get quick service and everyone is very friendly and helpful. There are no other FedEx places that are not drop boxes in this area so I am very grateful that this place is around! read more

Do not rent here if you cannot get here in their posted hours. They close at 6 p.m. and if you arrive at 6:01 believe me the door is locked up tight as a drum. They start off nice but it kind of goes downhill from there. I'll be moving my business from here as soon as I can. read more

Was very disappointed with service. Went in to ask about printing a school newspaper/newsletter and received rude comments from the lady in charge. She repeatedly answered my inquiry with passive aggressive answers and proceeded to brush me off to "deal with her customer". Do NOT recommend, but recommend the Postal Connections in Merced, which has very nice staff and service. read more

Only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because of the hard working, older lady there that really helped out ship my items. There were two other, younger ladies there that looked like they didn't want to be there. As soon as I walked in, they gave each other looks. As if they didn't want me to be at their job. They didn't even bother saying hi. I had to say hi to them first in order for them to even say anything. I go to the front counter and the girl there just stares at me. No greeting whatsoever. I had to tell her that I need help packaging and shipping items. Then the whole time she kept glancing at the other girl and just kept smirking. This piss poor attitude is why I'm never coming back. I wish The UPS store was still open. They had great customer service read more

The customer service is great! Now for the bad news, if you need a place where you will continually use for shipping I don't recommend this place. Not based on their customer service, but on the prices you pay. I ship a lot and shipping time is very important to me. When my items sit there for an extra day it affects my business. Since, I ship frequently I know priority shipping is $6.10 for flat rate but choosing this option here is about $9.45 that alone will keep me from coming back. read more
