Well to find out they didn't. I waited there like a dumb person trying to get help, I asked them what the email was and told me there was a paper that said it. I put that email shown on the paper multiple times and sent my images. They kept saying they didn't get it so I kindly asked if they were able to type it onto my phone. She instead told me the errors to the email. I then fixed them and still nothing had gotten sent. Then the girl rudely told the other young girl to see my errors. She told her with an attitude because I interrupted their conversation that had nothing to do with helping me out. They knew I was having a hard time but didn't take it for granted. Finally I got it all figured out and they rudely told me my total and even after I said thank you in the nicest way possible they just turned their faces at me. Let me remind you, these girls were around 19-23! So yes they were young but old enough to understand that a minor needed help! At the end I got my papers after waiting several minutes.
