I have some special (to me) items that I want to donate but I wanted to see the shop first. Everything was very nice and organized and items were displayed well, and treated respectfully. I could tell the staff takes a lot of pride in their work. As one other reviewer shared, this is also a store that is serving the community. While I was there I observed the staff providing clothing and other items directly to those in need, (via a voucher -so all very well organized). I made a small purchase and the check out team carefully wrapped up my 4 glasses to ensure they made it home safely and I was very touched by their kindness. I hope others will consider shopping here and also donating their treasures to Catholic Charities. I still have quite a few things from my parents home that I have had a hard time letting go of, but after visiting, I feel the items will be appreciated and handled kindly and may help make a difference.

This location isn't always the cleanest, but the service when dealing with the workers has always been quick and seamless. I love that they have a drop off/drive-up mailer on the outside of their building, plus they have a walk-in drop off slot for mail. They are usually stocked up with the Priority boxes/envelopes and forms needed to fill out for mail purposes. I also like their array of birthday and novice cards they readily have available to purchase and the cute decorative boxes if you prefer to send a birthday gift in a nice box instead of the standard mailers. I also appreciate greatly that the male worker always offers folks the best rate(s) even though I may not always know which ways are less expensive when mailing out packages.l and because I've never had a bad experience; I would definitely recommend this place to those who want quick service without all the hoopla. My only critique is that this specific location is small and with Covid-19 hanging around - distance is tried, but not always maintained. (Guess some folks just like the feeling of being sardines) But in reality - you could simply asks those who get too close to kindly give you a little room. ‍*BigShrug* And if all else fails - just ride-in on a broom to keep people from getting too close. Lol!
