A few individuals have left negative comments regarding their fees being higher than those at the Post Office; however, we all must remember that we get what we pay for. The Mail Drop offers the convenience of avoiding heavy traffic congestion, long lines, and impatient crowds that often accompany visits to the post office. By choosing The Mail Drop, you can complete your mailing tasks efficiently and with minimal hassle, leaving in a good mood. We all have choices, and I choose the easy and peaceful convenience of doing business at The Mail Drop instead of the USPS, especially whennim able to compare and choose which shipping service is best for my needs. Thanks to the new owners for opening this outstanding, first-class store where all my mailing needs--such as shipping, mailing supplies, and package handling--are effortlessly met. Additionally, I appreciate the variety of U-Haul trucks available in different sizes, ensuring I have the right vehicle for my needs. Also, many thanks to the friendly and handsome man always ready to notarize my documents quickly and accurately without needing an appointment. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that having the mailbox rentals offered at such affordable rates, makes life so much more convenient and cost-effective for me. Keep up the excellent level of customer service you provide, as it truly makes a positive difference.

They'll tell you it is not their fault (blame the main Hub, blame weather, blame whatever) but I track every package. I watch mail destined for the east coast get sent to Denver first. Mail I send to the west coast ends up in Jersey City. There are NO refunds for Priority Mail, they just accept your money, don't provide the service, and it's tough luck for you. The only person to blame is yourself for giving them your money. Separately, I've received crushed packages, no packages, and a family 3 blocks away share my same house number so we exchange wrong packages frequently; I'm lucky those people dependable, unlike the USPS. I have tried to support my local post office for many years now. Remember how we were encouraged to buy stamps and anything else to keep the USPS afloat? I'm old school; I did it all. Now I'm done. I should have learned my lesson long ago. I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed. It's such a shame too because the clerks who have customer contact are some of the nicest and friendliest people I've met, and I've seen their faces for many years. They must take all the heat for late and missing mail. I will miss their smiles and the post office I remember, but I won't miss the grief I've experienced over and over again. I was just trying to make normal conversation, and the one clerk I worked with barely engaged and was like "oh, yeah, that sounds...whatever..." (not that she said whatever but that was her attitude, she made no attempt to even pretend to be interested - being friendly and welcoming is customer service 101). There is one man I interacted with who was professional and friendly. Once. I don't see him usually. The rest are jerks. On top of that when the thing pops up for you to choose your customer service satisfaction level she selected the green smiley face for me! I jokingly said, "maybe I didn't want to pick that one."
